Matt arrived on time, with a phone call to let me know he was a .5 hr out. He was super polite and nice, and very conscientious about my concerns and wants. He did his job quickly and then let me know he was done. I was very pleased about his work. I am impressed with the call center as well. I had a conflict of times and the customer service person was really nice and helped to solve the issue without any fuss and with a smile in her voice. And, it was safe for my dog to go out soon after.

The sales person was kind and professional. He surveyed the property and the bugs and looked for other pests. The service was performed in less than an hour after we agreed to have their service. The technician was also professional and took the time to make sure that our concerns were met. He also informed us that it would take more than one application and that we should call in a couple days to have them return.

These guys are so professional and courteous, not to mention effective! They showed up when they said they would. They got rid of our ants. They came back when they said they would to follow up. It has been TOTALLY worth the money (which I found reasonable). Looking forward to a long relationship (that is if we even need one :-). Thanks Edge Guys! Anne & Dub DeBrie

Our Tech Cory was great, when we first got the service there seemed to be a new tech each visit. Corey was our tech the last several visits, he was professional, made sure we were satisfied with the service and answered every question we had. As far as i know the coverage was adequate for our house. Only time will tell on the effectiveness. The representative was professional explaining and applying his product. I am disappointed that this company and others like them trap you into effectively a 2 year or more contract for their services. If it were up to me I would have cancelled the contract within the 3 business day period, but my wife's position differed from mine so I am reluctantly sticking with it.

We tried out Edge pest control when we noticed an ant problem in our house. They were punctual and professional in their service. And when we wanted to cancel our service they were responsive and respectful of our decision and helped us through the process gracefully.

Efficiently and there were no buckets overturned in my yard. I can't really even tell where the traps were placed other than one small little orange flag

Service was good and it seems to have worked because the ants are gone.
