I was getting to 3-4 or less bed bugs in a night's time, after they sprayed it's stayed the same for a couple days, a week later I had 30, the day after that 10, I misunderstood about what their offer was, I was assuming after 3 times of spraying if I had a problem, call them back but they said they'd have to write up a new contract and charge me again, after the 2nd or 3rd spray if I get rid of the bed bugs I will hire but at this point I don't have a lot of faith

Very well. Came in with their booties on. One did the spray all throughout the house while the other attempted to identify the bug that we had. Not sure of the bug but appear to be a male Ladybug. Took about 15min to do the house and garage.

It was good. Auto billing, and reminder.

The person who came was thorough, professional, friendly and efficient.

Perfect. Love the company. Wouldn’t use anyone else. They call ahead to say they are coming. Representatives arrive in uniforms and nice vehicles clearly marked. They are friendly and informative. I have referred them several times.

Edge service men are always professional, courteous. polite, respectful and punctual. We haven't had a single insect in our home for the entire 6 years that they have been providing service to us. When we have a problem with wasp nests on the eaves, I phone them and they send someone out immediately to take them down......no added cost to us! I can't say enough good things about Edge Pest Control!

Terrific. I called Edge to ask for an off-cycle treatment. Their technician arrived at the time we agreed to, listened to my problem, and promptly re-treated the basement, garage, and around the house. Very thorough and very professional. Best of all, there was no charge. Edge lived up to its pledge to re-treat if the spiders returned between scheduled treatment dates. I highly recommend them.

Didn’t catch any skunks but I think they were gone already or trap not sensitive enough as tech said it did show some contact with bait

The service tech was punctual, personable and thorough. I appreciated the great job they did and I would recommend them to others in the neighborhood. A young man came up to me in my driveway and started his sales pitch. I am usually not one to engage someone that I don't know, but he was non threatening, intelligent, and not pushy in the least. He did have a bit of a sales technique that 'we have someone in the neighborhood treating another house and if you buy today...', but the offer saved us >$300 over the year and we needed the ants to be treated right away, so we went with it. And even though I recognized the sales technique he applied it with very little pressure. Happy with the service, knowledge of both the sales rep and the service provided.

Had a mole problem last summer and so signed a required minimum 12 month non-cancellable "Premium Rodent Service" contract for $99.99 per month (means $1,199.88 for the whole year) on the promise that they would take care of my mole problem. They caught 1 mole last summer but mostly just put out the very-cheap-for-them Mice & Rat Poisson bait boxes that meant nothing for my problem. I called in May saying that had moles again. The local service persons came out and put out several traps catching 1 mole in about 2 weeks. However for the next 10 weeks the second mole ripped up my nice lawn and flower gardens until they eventually did catch him. The EDGE people generally came 3 times a week trying to be helpful to me but really were unskillful and ineffective. I would never use them again for a mole problem. Remember that the smooth talking person at their remote sales call center making wonderful promises to you isn't the person in your city doing the real work. Apparently catching moles takes some skill. The EDGE service people coming to my property were nice and well intended but very ineffective. When called to cancel the "Customer Experience Person" who has never tried to catch a mole in his life really tried to "Make me happy" per his sales training but my real evidence supports the following statement: I would never again engage EDGE Pest Control again to deal with a mole problem.

Although it took several treatments to resolve our ant problem, EDGE was happy to return to our home each time we called without any hesitation. They were determined to fulfill their promises and stand by their guarantee.

I received in advance an e-mail and a call when services will be performed. Al was done as expected, with no disturbance or inconvenience. We've been hiring Edge for 2+ years and not planing to switch.

Tenants at an apartment I own called to complain about sugar ants. Edge was highly rated on Angie's List, and open on Saturday, so I called them first. They were super-responsive, very professional, and had someone out that afternoon. Overall, they did a great job. My only complaint is that they only offer (as it was explained to me) and on-going service and a minimum package of visits. The Initial visit cost $129.99 but the full contractual commitment was $619.95 (five visits). Additionally, you need to opt-out or the program will automatically roll into a second year. You can cancel early in the first year, but must still pay 50% of the unused visits. This arrangement is great for Edge, and may work for some people, but for me it was much more service and cost than I needed.

Very well! I wasn't home at the time but the message left by the technician was excellent. He explained what he did, the areas of concern about my property that he sprayed for and named the type of insects he saw. He told me the amount of time it would take for the spraying to work to get rid of them. And he said for me to call the company in 3-4 weeks if they were still about. The message was comprehensive and understandable. This is why I stay with this company!
