Received a pre-visit confirmation call as usual. Technician arrived on time and performed treatment promptly. We haven’t had any problems with pests since hiring Edge a few years ago.

Service was fast and thorough. They got the cobwebs from the overhangs they could reach on thr outside of house.

Looks good, some pests remain, will probably be covered in the spraying process.

I cant' say. I was stuck at work so I am not really sure what was done outside of checking the bait boxes outside of my house.Not the person's fault and they had called to let me know they were coming and responded back to my text that I would not be there very quickly.

They came on time and seemed knowledgeable and worked quickly. I like that I can call them back in between regular service if bugs come back.

Edge has made a huge difference in the enjoyment of our patio (spider reduction) and responded to a recent ant attack very quickly, which fixed the problem!

We had evidence of mice under our kitchen sink. The first tech Emmanuel, closed off the entrance points and left traps under the crawl space. Then he left 3 bate boxes inside the fenced area for our dogs. My dogs immediately found them and were very curious. I then put them outside the fenced area. Then I decided I didn't want the bait boxes at all because I didn't want our dogs or the owls exposed to poisoned rodents so I put them in the garage. The next month Zach came to our house. I told him to take the bate boxes away and check the traps under the house. He refused to go into our crawl space, so basically he did nothing. The third person came and said there were two dead mice in the traps and no evidence of any other mouse activity. We decided to cancell the service but I had signed a year service contract which I regret. They also charge a 50% cancellation fee. So we paid about $700 for two dead mice. Also when you sign the electronic service agreement each month, they pre-check the box customer satisfied. I never even noticed that little box when I signed it. An honest company would point it out.

Told person I was calling to get a bid, quoted $139 1st visit but then $113 quarterly. Then they lowered the 1st visit to $89 . They called me later to lower to $79 and quarterly to $108. Do not like being “lowballed”. To aggressive for me. I read every review on Angie and Home Advisor. Did not hire this company

When I called the number the next morning, it was a call center and I could not speak to the same person previously because he gave a fictitious name. Responding to the two emails I received gave me a link to sign the contract, but of the two choices, I wanted to select the "read a paper copy of the contract and without digital signature," it wouldn't let me submit it stating both options had to selected. I tried replying to both emails and they were returned as undeliverable because the name "chandlerwhite" was not a valid name. I have no idea who that person is, not the person who sent the email, not the person I spoke with on the phone. Again, a fictitious name. I even tried to send a new email to the company address and it came back with the same message. I was able to talk with a young woman and told her my complaints and what I wanted, which was to remove my name, address, email address and two phone numbers from their marketing lists. She said she didn't know how to do it. I am convinced that this company is dishonest and probably a scam. Take them off your website.

after a week, the ants finally appear to be gone.

Our tech was very professional and explained everything very well. They have a great guarantee and we plan on referring all our friends to them.

Treatment of major colonies went well and perimeter spraying was done after eave nests knocked down.

Edge Pest Control is always timely, attentive to wasps, ants, and routine maintenance needs. I use them on a regular basis to keep pests away!

They are more expensive than the last two services I had, but I guess you get what you pay for!

The service was quick, well explained, and I liked being able to choose the service window. The service guy who came out was prompt and respectful.

They sent a service person out within 24 hours of my call. The technician found the wasp nest and treated it in less than an hour. Because I am a subscriber with Edge for quarterly maintenance, there was no charge for this service. Thanks Edge.

AGGRESSIVE sales tactics for a service I didn't want.

Edge door to door sales person was courteous and reassuring we would have no further ant issues after being on program for a couple treatments. I asked what recourse we had if not effective and he assured me we would not have to continue to pay for ineffective service. Agreement was signed 6/6/15 for 3 years because Edge has no guarantee for contracts under 1 year and we have continued to have ant issues big time for 2 years. I contacted Edge in Beaverton Oregon and was told we have to pay 50% of contract balance to get out of service. I would suggest all persons with same issue file a complaint with your state Attorney General. These are deceptive business practices and they must be stopped.
