This company is amazing. I can't say enough good. They return calls within minutes; the technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, and keep me informed of what they did and what they found. I have used other services but no one has compared with the service I get from Edge!!! They might be a little more expensive, but they are worth it. If you see pests between visits, just call and they will come back and take care of the issue at no extra cost.

Great! I received great service from technician!

Just built home...boom ant problem, small black maybe sugar ants. I tried the store bait traps (they take back to the queen, all die)...didn’t work. They kept eating the liquid bait but didn’t stop them. Called Edge and they said I would need a year long service to get all the ants as they come out in cycles. I thought yeah right, just want me to pay for 5 visits. I did it. They came out and sprayed outside and inside. Then outside every 3mo... I not only have no ants, I NEVER even get spiders inside. It’s awesome. So, my 5 visit deal expired...I still have them coming every 3 mo as I love the bug free house and outside.

We actually didn't use their service. I filled out a form on Angie's list, thinking that I was reducing my search options. Within seconds of finishing the form, Edge called me. I wasn't even ready to schedule work-- I had just started investigating possible exterminators. They were extremely pushy with their sell, not listening, asking questions I didn't know and trying to sell me on a 2yr service plan. I got a second call from them 2 hours later telling me they'd give me a better price due to there being other clients in my neighborhood. They have called me twice since-- even after I blocked their number. I've seen other reviews about this company that talk about their sales practices and a "bait and switch" on service contracts. I'm not even sure why Angie's list would recommend them to me. I felt they were pushy and unprofessional. I have found a different "A" rated service that we are very happy with.

The gentleman was punctual and as far as I can see, his work was successful. I appreciated his professionalism.

Spraying was done in a professional manner. Representative was courteous and helpful.

The service folks from Edge are always polite, listen to any concerns or specific issues and are very thorough in their treatment of my exterior for pest/insect control. I have, in the past, had them treat my interior as well and I am also pleased with that service. Their treatment philosophy has tamed the influx of giant spiders in my dwelling as well as kept ants and other bugs away from the house.

Horrible. Our renter was very unhappy. The bugs were still flourishing after two treatments and $400 on our part. We had words with you and internet gave us advice. We did what we learned, fired Edge and have a happy renter with no fleas. Evidentially Edge uses very very weak solutions which work way too slow for people with children and animals. We understand from Edge that they would kill the bad bugs and we Edge didn’t perform.

I've been hiring Edge Pest Control for 2+ years and have no complains. My house is on a quarterly visits schedule - prices are reasonable, staff is friendly and courteous, spiders are not coming my into house. I can't ask for more :-)

Claimed the Angie's List coupon for "Rodent Treatment" for $109.00 on my lunch hour at work.. Within an hour the calls and texts started. 3 calls while I was in a meeting, I did not list any time frame of "Immediate contact" or need. Then a text explaining Edge Pest Control wanted to talk to me about my inquiry. I returned the text very clearly, "In a meeting at work, will call you after 3:00 p.m." At 3:00 p.m. another call and another text. High pressure doesn't even begin to describe this company's service. I called the second number that was listed, they had two contact numbers, that was already making me suspicious. Went through the sales pitch, they quoted me a price $20 more than the "deal" that I just claimed, knew this was a shady company at that point. Wanted me to sign up for a year of service, non-refundable and of course asked for a credit card number from me. At this point I hadn't even confirmed an appointment date yet. I don't give out credit card numbers BEFORE any service is done, ended the conversation and asked them not to contact me anymore. 2 more phone calls came in from this company before I blocked the number from my phone. 6 calls in 2 hours. You decide, worst company I have ever dealt with on Angie's List and I have multiple reviews on here.

Don’t know yet but the sales agent was very professional and most importantly to me he wasn’t pushy. They advertise that their product is animal friendly, also very important. They promptly came the next day to provide the service, called before and after and left a service card on the door. Removed 3 wasp nests. 👍🏻

Everything went very well. I would suggest that the sales person leave a card or copy of the payment prior to the service person arrival. It seemed strange that the sales person had all the information about our credit card, and we had his word a service person would be here in about an hour. All is well that ends well.

Excellent. The sales person was very informative and the guy who came out to do the work was very professional and personable.

I called the branch manager, Bryce Cayton in the afternoon to have a service right away within a day, he sent a serviceman over at 6 p.m. to get the job done.

Very well, the representative that rang the doorbell was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.
