Our painted concrete pavers were in poor shape, especially after overly aggressive pressure washing by another company that chipped paint in many places. Ulises submitted a highly competitive bid after coming out to view the pavers; he also seemed the most knowledgeable and capable contractor for the job. He did not disappoint. He took it upon himself to pressure wash most of the pavers again, to prepare them for repainting, and trimmed plants that intruded on the stones. He and two other people took great care to apply new coats of paint to the pavers in a smooth fashion, with extra attention to edges that were particularly degraded. The result was fantastic; the pavers have been restored to their previous glory. I would highly recommend Ulises for his wide-ranging knowledge and skills, and his honesty and responsiveness. He also completed the work weeks to months ahead of the proposed timelines from other contractors.

This was the easiest to find and most reasonable serivce provider. The owner, Ulesis, came on Wednesday to bid the job and returned 4 days later with three hard working men. Our bedding plants became too much for us to do ourselves. In 2-1/2 hours our job was done. They did exactly what we asked which was digging out iris bulbs, digging our many other bedding plants and leaving the area looking much better even though it was bare dirt. I plan on having them back in a couple of months to plant small manageable dwarf evergreens. I am completely satisfied with the job.

Ulises Saavedra and his crew did a wonderful job cleaning up my backyard, side yard, and driveway. They were pleasant and hard working. The yard was full of weeds, and many needles from a huge deodora cedar tree. Many bushes needed trimming. The yard looks beautiful now. I will definitely rehire him again in the future.

After an initial walk through of the work, I was presented with a quote that did not include removal of the three bushes and pruning of the laurel trees. To include that work, I was told it would be several hundred dollars more. I also stated I was interested in landscape for the front yard and arborvitae along the back fence. Ulesis sated he was interested in this additional work. He set a time early Sunday morning (8:30 AM) and was an hour late to show up. I had to text him to see if he was still planning to show up. After the clean-up was complete, he stated he did not make any money on the job even though he provided the quote. I gave him an additional $100 as a tip. The weeding and blowing was done well but the pruning was more of a butcher job. The mowing was incomplete since they 'forgot the gas can' for the mower. When I asked about a proposal for the additional work I had requested with landscaping, after several days, Ulesis responded that he was too busy and did not have time. In recap, unreliable, late, and no intention to follow through with the additional work that I requested. I was honest an upfront what I needed done, and Ulesis stated indeed he was interested in the work. In the end, just another flake who cannot be trusted.

Our yard never looked so good! Ulises was prompt and professional, completing the project exactly as discussed. We will be calling again next year.

Excellent! Comes every Friday and makes my yard pretty clean. They do pruning, they help me with fencing and sprinkler system.

Fabulous! Ulises is an excellent worker. He is honest, capable and reliable. He took our landscape plan and improved it. Removed landscaping, planted new trees & plants, trimmed existing plants, adapted and added to the irrigation system, re-sodded the grass, with adding good soil first, and barked the yard. Immaculate clean-up. He is a professional that knows what he is doing. We would hire him again and highly recommend him.
