Royal did quite a bit of work for us. They replaced our asphalt shingle roof (house and garage), replaced quite a bit of warped cedar siding shingles on our upstairs (with Hardie cement shingles) and painted the house and garage. The work was all first rate using premium materials. Irvin was very easy to work with, and all of the workers who were here during the duration of the project were pleasant, skilled and professional. The cost was very reasonable. We were extremely happy with how everything turned out, and would hire Royal again without hesitation.

We met Bryan from Royal Remodeling when he stopped by to get pictures and information for replacing our gutters. The time between contacting Royal and meeting Bryan was only a day, so we were very impressed with his attention to the customer. After meeting with him and discussing the gutters, I brought up that we also would like an estimate for replacing the roof, and he was immediately helpful with that at the same time, gathering that information and arranging a satellite image for accuracy. Bryan sent us the estimates within a couple days, along with photos of other roofs with the same materials. We asked him to stop by to sign the contracts the next day, and he let us know that they would be able to begin work in about 3 weeks. Bryan arrived with his crew on time, and they began work. The crew was amazingly competent and efficient. The old roof was torn off and the new roof installed in only 2 days, along with a new overhang for the back porch, which was custom built by one of the talented crew members. It looks awesome. The next week, another crew arrived to custom build the gutters, and that only took a few hours. We could not be happier with our experience, and the friendliness and skills of the entire crew - we have recommended Royal Remodeling to several neighbors who have already been contacted for services. Our thanks to Bryan and the whole team. The roof looks great now and will last us for decades!

Was told that someone would come out and give me a quote the following day. Heard nothing back so I called and sent a couple of texts but got no answer. I assume they were not interested in the job.

Royal Remodeling LLC performed a full replacement of our roof, removing three layers of shingles, including the original 1930s cedar shakes. They installed roof decking and fitted a plywood floor for storage in our attic. The new architectural shingles look fantastic, with every valley and edge expertly flashed. It was a time-consuming job, and the crew were super nice guys to have around. We absolutely plan to hire them for additional projects.

I needed a larger gutter installed and a gutter added to a new shed, along with cleanouts on both downspouts and rerouting the downspout where I built the shed and tie in the new shed gutter. The Royal team showed up on time and did a fine job. They were polite and picked up their trash. All and all Excellent!!!

I was so happy to find Royal Remodeling! The guys were easy to work with, kind, respectful, fast, affordable, and they did a perfect job on the roof. I would 100% use them again for a project. HIGHLY recommend this team.

Irving and his crew did a fantastic job on our home. From the initial estimate throughout the entire process Irving was wonderful to work with. He and his crews were on time, thorough in their explanations of the work that needed to be performed and made sure to clean up around the house after each day. Irving and his crew showed up at the time he said they would. They had the roof done in 3 days. It looks fantastic, it was so nice I asked if they could paint the house also. Irving gave me a estament for the job. I agreed and suppled the paint. They came out the next week an power washed the house. Started the paint job an finished the job just as efficiently as they had the roofing job. Fantastic an they cleaned up each day at the end of the work day. I have recommended them to my friends. Can't say enough about how good this company is an the employees are that work for them. I will hire them in the future.

The roofing job had a flaw and the company fixed it immediately. The painting took longer than expected but was fine in the end. Good people.

These guy’s went above and beyond what we expected cleaned up after them selfs after each days work and did extra repairs not included in our bid at no charge I would highly recommended them to any one and have already to 5 of my neighbors

My experience went very well. I had hired a family member to do my floor and had made many mistakes so I hired Royal Remodeling to finish the job. Royal Remodeling had someone in my home within 2 days and completed the job in 3 days from to bottom. They installed my whole home with luxurious laminate. The workers showed up on time. Great, we submitted for quote on Angie’s list and they called about 10 minutes later. They stopped by about 4hrs later and took a look from on the roof and in the attic. They took photos and shared them with us so we could see the issue. They targeted a small area that they could see daylight thru and it looked to be the suspected issue. They were friendly and quick to assess the problem. They provided a solution that they could do immediately and did. We are so glad we reached out to them as our day went from roof leak to fixed in a matter of 6hrs. We highly recommend Royal Remodeling LLC.

Excellent, arrived on the agreed time and did the job

Had Irvin come back and had them paint the outside of the house. Once again they spent time talking to me about the job and ended up fixing and replacing a lot of the siding that was falling down. The overall job turned out nice and they cleaned up everything on the way out. Thanks!

Irvin and company were very responsive and nice to work with. The house is very old and had not been roofed in a long time. They removed everything and did a fantastic job. The cleaned up after themselves and made sure that I was happy with the end result. Would definitely hire again for any other work that I need done around the house.

Royal Remodeling was very responsive, efficient, and did good work. The workers were cheerful and polite. They came out within 48 hours of my contacting them, gave a reasonable estimate within 24 hours. They were able to arrange to start work fairly quickly, which was important to us. They also were able to give us a breakdown of how much it would cost to do just the trim or to include the house. The workers arrived the morning they said they would. They were polite, efficient, and did good work. They scraped areas that needed to be scraped. They then power-washed the whole house, primed and painted. They were done with everything from cleaning the roof to the final coat of paint within a week. They came punctually every day and cleaned up after themselves every evening. They checked in after completing the work.
