Description of Work: Completely reroofed our 90+ year old house. This included removing 2-3 layers of old roofing and repairing sections with dry rot. The roof was repaired within the past 5 years by another company but leaks continued. We now have no leaks and are delighted with the new roof and the service from Raindrop Roofing

Description of Work: Kenny from Raindrop gave me an estimate for a tear off and re-roof as well as skylight replacement. He was VERY thorough in his estimate and when I had questions he came over again to show me in person. Punctual is a word I'd use to describe Raindrop. What I really enjoyed about his estimate was that he said they'd paint a trim piece of mine that needed paint for no extra charge..."just have the paint" he said. Although I ended up choosing another contractor to do the work I was teetering to use Raindrop because of Kenny's attention to detail and ability to provide clear and concise explanations. Customer service is huge here and they have a great reputation that proves it. Thanks Kenny!

Description of Work: After I described the issue I was have with a leaking flat roof, Kenny Courtney performed a few test to evaluate the scope and breathe of the problem. He found a simple problem that did not require a professional roofer to fix. That saved me time and money, but most importantly, I was able to find a contractor that has integrity and can be trusted. I did not use Raindrop's services but I appreciate them being there.

Description of Work: I am writing this to explain the treatment that I received from the company. They were referred to me by a local contractor. We have a leaky roof and it needs to be repaired. I called them on Tuesday, Aug 16th and explained my need. They set up an appointment for their estimator to come out on Thursday, Aug. 18th between 10AM and Noon. At 1 PM, no one had shown up, so I called and left a voice mail. They returned my call and we rescheduled the appointment for Monday, Aug. 22nd. They could not give me a specific time. The best was "PM". Finally at 6:45 PM, I received a call from the company stating that they would be over in 45 minutes. At that point I told them that I did not want to use their services. I fail to understand how a company does not understand customer care

Description of Work: Their representative arrived as agreed. Examined my roof, using appropriate rubber shoes. Advised me that the roof did not need replacement only cleaning and did not charge for the visit. When it does need replacement I will call them first.
