James marks did not show up on time but did call me to tell me he was late. That was ok. He came and I showed him the leak. The leak was in one location visible from my attic. He examined the valley on the roof next to leak and said the valley was installed incorrectly. He said he could send me an estimate for the immediate leak area the following week and I told him that is fine. He also pointed out couple of worn out sewer pipe vent seals which I already knew about but that was nice. That was the last time we talked. He never contacted me or sent me the estimate. James seemed very nice and I really thought this was start of something long term for my roofing issues. Hanging me for another week during a very rainy period was not cool.

They can and have a quote without going in the attic space to look at the vent situation. When we contacted them to come back and do the actual install they took days to even call us back. Communication with them was aweful. We ended up using a different contractor.

Raindrop Roofing and Lee, our sales person, go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. Lee originally bid on my roof a while back and I selected Raindrop due to the competitive bid, solid customer service/friendliness of Lee, and excellent online presence on Angie's List. They had quite a backlog of projects and due to poor weather my project was scheduled a ways out. But in a few days they are going to be installing a new roof. Lee called me up and let me know that part of the bid wasn't priced correctly and that the job should be a bit more. Rather than making me pay some or all of the cost for issues with the original bid he said Raindrop will stay true to its word and the project is on for the original contracted bid price. This was obviously good news to hear but it wasn't the first time I have experienced a customer-centric experience with Raindrop. Their front desk person and operations manager have been incredibly responsive, caring, and thorough. I'll post again next week once the roof is done but for now I can say Raindrop stands by there word, are fair, and have been a pleasure to work with so far. If the roofers do a similar job as their front-end people this company has the golden ticket.

Very professional, on time, cleaned up at the end of each day. Thorough walk through at end of project to ensure work was done as specified and ensure we were satisfied.

The price has to do with square-footage. We have a lot of square footage. For price, they weren't absolutely the cheapest but they weren't the most expensive. I would just say they were reasonable. Punctuality was weird because they put us off until August, but then someone canceled and they took us right away. I guess you could say it was punctual. I don't know if they planned it that way. I hope I don't have to use them again because my roof is supposed to last for 20 years. I had them come over because of a slight chimney leak, I don't think it was their fault, I just have a problem with the chimney. They came over quite soon and they were very nice. They didn't solve the problem because, again, I think it was a chimney problem and not a roof problem, but they came right over, actually in a snow-storm. Well, it was just starting to snow, but they came right over.

Raindrops was very easy to work with all the way from obtaining the quote to the final inspection and billing. They showed up on time, completed the work quickly, and did a very good job cleaning up all the mess every day they were here. The installers were friendly and efficient and didn't throw a lot of trash around the yard. They were careful about protecting the landscaping and made sure to close up the dog run when they left each day. There were no surprise charges at the end. The final work and charges matched the quote exactly. I had no problems communicating with the office. They were responsive to my questions and kept me informed when the schedule changed due to the weather. I would definitely use them again.

James came out and took a look and the roof, confirming my thoughts on the source and reason for the leak. It took a little while to schedule the work due to the bad weather we had at the beginning of the year. Once James was able to come out they fixed the roof and were able to blend the new shingles well so it is hard to tell where the fix was. The attic side looks great also with all of the moldy plywood replaced.

The estimate and diagnosis involved looking at exactly what was going on in the attic. Two workers were on our roof (very steep!) for about a day in total doing the replacement work. They were very courteous, didn't leave any debris anywhere. Very pleased overall.

Some follow-up work was required which they completed easily and without hassle.

Raindrop Roofing did an excellent job. Three years before I thought I needed to replace my roof, I called three Angie's List roofing companies for an estimate. Raindrop Roofing gave me the lowest estimate, but went the extra mile. They provided me with a suggestion on replacing a few broken tiles to extend the life of my roof. A short You-tube video later and a few hours of work and my roof was safe for a couple year. When it was time to replace, Raindrop Roofing again provided me with a quote. Again, they were the lowest bidder. They were on time and my house was cleaned up thoroughly (so no nails laying around). Even better, they only replaced the plywood that needed to be replaced which saved me more money. I would highly recommend them!

The did a good job and are responsive if something needs correcting.

I signed a contract in late Aug. knowing that my home would not be roofed until November, 2016. Raindrop has been in communication with me and provided me with updates on the star date. Due to the weather, rain and snow, the job did not start until Dec. 22. Once the job started, I have been completely satisfied. The workers have been working in the rain and working until dark. They should be finished today. The workers have cleaned up around the home before leaving each day. When I have a question, Armando has been professional and friendly. My experience with Raindrop has been great. I had two bids that were similar in a variety of areas. When I read that Raindrop had an educators discount I signed the contract with Raindrop.

Great! Our repair specialist (James Marks) was very easy to work with. He came to inspect the damage, and seeing that it was an urgently needed repair, made time in his already booked out schedule to come the same week. Promptly arrived the day of the repair, and fixed the vents and tabs. Thanks James!!

Got the work done. A couple problems but everything worked out in the end. Roof was "A" quality but problems were with the gutters.

They are excellent. I would use them again.

Excellent service and communication from estimate phase through completion inspection. The work crew was very professional and thorough. They protected areas (such as the wooden deck, and landscaping) from damage. Each day they cleaned up what ever debris the work of the day caused. I would highly recommend this company.

They are honest and do a great job. When my home was inspected the inspector said that he trusts their work.

The office staff were responsive and efficient. Our request for a bid was scheduled promptly and the bid came quickly. Kenny spent a lot of time dropping off samples, answering questions, and providing addresses so that we could see the product on actual houses. This company is a certified installer of CertainTeed products and this was important to us for extended warranty protection. Our roof was replaced during the busy season so it took awhile to get on the schedule and then the installation was postponed a couple of times, once due to a delay in getting the materials and again because of delays in completing the previous job. We took this as a good sign that they have a lot of business and would take the time needed to ensure that our job was completed properly before moving onto the next project. We always get several bids for large projects and we were surprised that only Raindrop and one other company explained to us the importance of increasing attic ventilation when switching from shake roofing to composition roofing. They replaced our existing soffit vents and added a couple of additional vents using a custom made solution that is very attractive (although hidden under the eaves). We also went with the ridge vent instead of the traditional can vents on the roof. We had hoped that with the increased ventilation our second story would be cooler this summer but they told us not to expect that. I honestly think that we did notice an improvement though. Our crew seemed experienced and knowledgeable. We have extensive landscaping and garden art and they were very careful. Nothing was broken or damaged. Everyone seemed professional, even their suppliers who delivered the materials. They explained what they would be doing and addressed any questions or concerns. They cleaned out the gutters. Their clean up was impeccable. Our roof is beautiful. Even the vents that they used for the bathroom venting are more attractive than normal. We have not had any leaks during the recent torrential downpours. We are totally happy with our new roof.

I did have a good experience. They were very helpful in discussing the job and the scope of the job. They were great about cleaning up. They did an excellent flashing work .They were responsive to any requests that I made and their level of service both from their contractors and office staff was very, very good.

From quote through completion it was a professional relationship. The service was provided as promised with the estimate matching the final cost very closely. I was informed along the way about the status until the GAF 50 year warranty inspection had passed. (GAF inspection result after 1 year: 10, no further action required) This was the only roofing company I talked to which seem to have routinely installed the desired venting from gutter to ridge on old houses as mine (1894). The price was competitive and considerable lower than other top rated roofing companies. I would hire them again.

Work start was delayed one day due to weather, but was made up for by working on a Saturday. Raindrop made well thought out recommendations for improving the work scope on the day work started, which the Homeowner accepted. Raindrop was very careful of Homeowners house, yard and gardens. At the finish of each work day Raindrop thoroughly cleaned the yard and work areas. Work appears to be very high quality. At the finish of the project Raindrop called to inquire if the Homeowner had any questions or comments. The Homeowner stated there was a minor cosmetic issue with roof eaves. Raindrop absorbed the cost to return and fix the issue. Warranty information was provided in a well organized packet. Highly recommended.

Raindrop removed the old roof and installed the new roof. However, we had to call them back to fix numerous problems. There seemed to be a disconnect between the sales team and the roofers. I think they need more on site supervision of their crew and a final inspection/walk-around by a foreman or something. The crew left without installing the vents that were agreed upon in the contract They left our oven vent unattached and just open in the attic (and just put paper and shingles over the hole in the roof), they messed up the ceiling drywall in our kitchen when installing a solar tube and installed a cap on our plumbing vent that did not fit/cover the vent properly. They also made cuts into our siding that were not straight when they were installing flashing (which we did not notice until later) and sent us out the wrong warranty paperwork. No one came out to inspect the job when they initially left... we had to call them back to point out all of the problems and then book them to come back out over several days. One of the appointments that we set, the guy failed to show up or call at all. Our sales guy did his best to get things fixed, but it did not make up for the frustration and errors. To top it off, there were nails left all over the place, and I got a flat tire from a nail.... ughh! The whole thing was very disappointing and frustrating, after we had read such good reviews on Angie's List.

Sean contacted me the same day I sent a message via Angie's List. He came the next day to give me an estimate. Once I had the slow insurance company catch up, Raindrop NW was out the next week with a crew of three. They had the entire project knocked out in 2.5 days. Very Professional crew. Their office staff (Operations/scheduling and financial dept) were very friendly and accommodating. I really appreciated that they wanted to do the job right and not like the people who built the deck covers before we bought the place. They fixed the roofing structure and it looks great now. I highly recommend this company.
