Description of Work: RaindropNW just started our roofing project today and so far everything has been first-rate. All the crew has been friendly and hardworking.

Description of Work: Repaired leak in residential asphalt roof and cleaned gutters + roof. All work was neatly and professionally done. Estimate was honest and reasonably priced and they didn't try to sell me a new roof when I don't need one yet. Only issue was communication over scheduling could have been better - was not informed when work needed to be rescheduled at the last minute. Would use them again.

Description of Work: I contacted three roofing companies rated "A" by Angie's List and "A" by the Better Business Bureau for estimates. Raindrop was the low estimate. The high estimate did not provide me with very much information about the job, not even a brochure about the material they planned to use. The middle estimate provided additional and worthwhile information. Raindrop, the low estimate, provided the most amount of information for me to consider. I was impressed by the fact that they were the low estimate as well as the most transparent and informative company. Their roofing crew as polite, respectful, hard working, and industrious. Their office staff and Estimator were responsive and professional as well. The cost of the job came in on estimate. Raindrop Roofing lived up to their Angie's List "A" rating as far as I am concerned.

Description of Work: Raindrop Roofing teamed up to complete a complex job as promised on short notice. Lee Esmond explained options and carefully quoted details, including several tasks that competitors told me to get other contractors myself. Torrey Henderson coordinated all work, always keeping me informed. The team were amazing .. hard workers, excellent foreman who kept me informed, highly skilled, very polite and overcame obstacles to to the job right, on time at a very competitive price. Thank you, Raindrop Roofing team!

Description of Work: Excellent service, always responsive, very flexible during winter weather and the holidays. Workers were unobtrusive, yet friendly. Cleanup was absolute. Better price than the other bids yet this was premium performance.

Description of Work: I don't actually recall when the work was done and have been putting off writing a review because I don't like to complain about people, but here's my review: |They were supposed to examine my roof and do minor repairs, touch up any loose shingles, etc. and give me a report on its condition. However, the guy was up there about 5 minutes and told me it looked ok. I asked how much more life the roof had and he said 1-3 years. When I contacted them about the lack of work they set up another appt. for a roof estimate. That guy was prompt and professional but the estimate was expensive and I still feel my money was wasted.

Description of Work: They evaluated and repaired the roof on a rental home I purchased. They were a little late with getting the estimate to me but we had had very rainy weather and so they had lots of emergency repairs. Mine was not an emergency. They did call to explain when they needed more time. Communication was good.

Description of Work: Hired Raindrop to replace the roof on my residence. Their estimate was slightly higher than one of the other quotes I got, but I got a better feel from their estimator. The job didn't go perfectly - they left a small part of the roof unprotected overnight, and even though it was the middle of July and no rain was predicted, it did rain that night. There were leaks in a couple of spots, but no real damage done. But other than that, the job was done well. I would hire them again.

Description of Work: He arrived on time and went up on the roof. Didn't find any leaks but nailed down the edges of the vent flashings/edgings. I have recommended them to a friend

Description of Work: Replaced roof, sheathing, chimney flashing, fascia boards. Did great job, were quick & professional. Roof looks fantastic.

Description of Work: We had them inspect the roof, give an estimate for repairs and estimate for a new roof. Contacted them after a couple weeks because we had not heard anything. They were very polite and apologized for taking so long to get back as they were very busy. They contacted us the next day with repair estimate and I told them I wanted the new roof replacement bid so we could decide whether to repair or replace. They said someone would contact us in the next couple days and no one ever did so we just gave up and had another company replace our roof recently. I think they are probably very good at the actual work based on reviews but they need to improve significantly on their communication process.

Description of Work: Came out for the special roof inspection. First he missed an appointment then when he pulled up in front went to the wrong house first, house numbers in full view! He then preformed the paid for inspection and I asked for a price to clean moss in the spring to which he said he would have it out within two days, week later no price had to call. Price was for the wrong services then when the correct bid came in it seems high. | |This provider is too stretched out on these special ! Not overly confident

Description of Work: Great experience from sales estimate to completion. Replaced our original 22-year old leaking roof and most of the plywood w/Certainteed Landmark AR and added new ventilation (ridge vents and extra intakes) to bring it up to today's standards. They were one of the few companies to look in the attic and the underside of the roof. They are popular so we had to wait a bit for install but they came out and put up a tarp to prevent new leaks in the interim. The crew was thorough and knew what they were doing, cleaned up every day. New roof looks great, and has held up under our last two record-setting rain months - glad we did it when we did. Neighbors have commented on how nice it looks and have asked who did it.

Description of Work: Not overly impressed. He seemed a little reluctant to just do what the offer said, but then claimed he performed a couple of VERY minor repairs. He mostly seemed to want to just sell me a whole roof. So, I told him, "OK, send me an estimate on a whole roof -- but NOT the 'Cadillac' variety. Just one of the more economical roofs." Have not heard back from them.

Description of Work: The guy came and did everything they were supposed to do. They showed up on time and did a great job. The true test will be once a good storm comes through, whether or not it still continues to leak.

Description of Work: I wanted a roof inspection performed on a house I was looking at purchasing. I called and made an appointment. On the day of the appointment, 30 minutes after the agreed upon time they hadn't shown up. I called and they had some kind of scheduling problem and were not able to show up. I had to reschedule for another day and schedule more time off work. At the next appointed day, I called first thing to ensure we were still on track. While they were still available, they needed to do a different time than we had scheduled. I let the inspection proceed even though I now wasn't able to be present due to the time change. While I did receive an estimate I didn't receive the inspection that I was originally interested in. 1/24/14 I wanted to update my post and state that while I was disappointed in their service at the time, a mark of a good company is how they respond when they make a mistake. I was called personally by the CEO, who apologized and took personal responsibility. I felt him reaching out was sincere and much appreciated.
