Everything about this company is AMAZING, from the initial consultation to the final inspection. We interviewed 3 different roofing companies and Raindrop Roofing Northwest provided the most organized & coherent information. No lengthy powerpoint-ish presentation, thankfully. Lee went up onto the roof to inspect & measure. Answered all questions. Gave us an estimate, and couple of day's later we got the formal estimate detailing everything....nails, flashing, underlayment. Also a list of "who's who" in the company with their phone numbers. And an informational sheet explaining the process and "what to expect" during your roofing...it is noisy. On the designated day, a truck arrived into which went all the old roofing materials. Then a truck with a conveyor brought the new roofing materials up onto the roof. Inspection of the existing plywood sheeting, then on went the new underlayment, new shingles, new flashing etc. They were careful about our plants.... made sure our gutters were clean, swept up....perfect!!! The roofing crew is really nice also, by the way.

Excellent work and service. Scope of work involved coating existing roof, replacing fascia boards and installing new gutter system. Raindrop was professional and responsive. Also, their pricing was competitive. Would not hesitate to use them again.

The crew for our job was amazing. They did a stellar job even in the rain. They cleaned up each night when they finished and started between the stated hours for start the next day. They were very professional and payed attention to the details of the curves of our roof. The foreman was quick to answer any questions we had and always picked up the phone when we called. Huge thumbs up!

Lee gave me some good advice on what it would take for them to revise the surface, versus what I might just want to do on my own if I did not want to make a larger commitment. I appreciated that he gave me very candid advice on the amount of work comparatively. It is nice to have someone be so honest with you regarding your scenario. I chose to do some work on my own to replace the broken tiles for now. Thanks.

Since I was flexible on the install timing they were able to roll out the membrane cover (paper) to keep the inside dry. I recommend this as tar paper tends to blow away in the wind if left out for a while. The salesman Kenny had a lot of knowledge and the installers were friendly and answered any questions I had. The jobsite was cleaned up of any debris. I would recommend them to anyone who has roofing needs.

The Raindrop crew was extremely professional, friendly and hard working. Working in the heat through four long days, we were left with a beautiful new roof and a much more comfortable living environment. I highly recommend calling these guys if you have a job that requires anything more than an a simple re-roofing.

I was impressed with the guy who came out. I just decided not to go with that product. They were good and very thorough as well. They came across very well. The responsiveness was fine. I have no complaints. I thought they were very good. It was the product. I have a flat roof on the deck that needs to be redone because it leaks. They offered something called Deck-Tech.

They fixed leaks for us & repaired some flashing. It was about $1000 for all the repairs, they did a fair amount of work. They were good, I had no complaints with them on that job.

Once we got past the rain and other delays, all went extremely well. Shawn was very helpful and willing to go the extra lap to help us figure out the logistics of our skylight install The crew were all very professional, courteous, punctual and did and EXCELLET job over all. Of particular note was that they left our house surround cleaner than when they came!!! Thank you for that, and: Thank you to you all; it has been a pleasant experience working with you!

It is a very large roof and the job took three weeks. The foreman Omar was outstanding and told me everything they were going to do and his crew was attentive and they were all great workers on a very tough project. It took five hours with a boom truck to get the materials to the roof and then two men spread out the packages of material all over the roof. Extremely hard work. The result is a great looking roof that all my neighbors admire and when they need to replace their roofs, I am sure they will use Raindrop Roofing NW as a result of the fine job they did for me.

Well-coordinated job, prompt, professional, and skilled, GAF Master Elite Certified for confidence. Dried in on first day, finished in 3. Replaced my 25 year old tarpaper & 3-tab roof & 2 skylights with Timberline HD shingles & full GAF system using latest roofing tech and best practices. Looks great, and way better than the old roof was even back when it was new. Went the extra mile: old roof was worn out and blowing off shingles but had to schedule replacement job several months in advance, so they patched the old roof to hold me over... for free. Spent nearly an hour doing it, many missing/damaged shingles replaced, not just a fake reassurance. Final job price was still completely competitive, don't think they just rolled the cost into it. There's a reason they've gotten Angie's Super Service award for so many years straight.

Came out and never got a bid called twice as to why. All I got was sorry

Very well. Professional job, cleaned up each day, workers were friendly, no surprises. I would use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Prices were competitive with other quotes.

Sean Franklin is amazing - he was so patient and helpful with all my questions and SO responsive. I felt bad that he ended doing the work on one of the hottest days, but that deter him from doing an excellent job. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. Going through the sale of my house I have constantly been disappointed by so many service providers, Sean restored my faith that there are in fact competent companies that do what what they say they are going to do. And he did it all with such professionalism and responsiveness...HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Eduardo the owner arrived the next day after my call to his office. He gave me a very good bid for the job. His crew arrived on time the day of the removal and did a very good job of removing the tree and cleaning up. His crew were very professional and friendly, answering all my questions. I am very satisfied and would hire them again.

Scheduling, coordination, work and follow-up to work not done correctly were below average. This includes needing re-do the roof ridge, running out of materials, waiting 6 days for work to be completed, reminding them to remove to drop box and port-a-potty, waiting 9 days for leftover materials to be removed from our lawn which will not require re-seeding. Not recommended

Cost estimate was in line with other bids. Nice crew, worked efficiently and pleasantly together. Quality work.
