Needed roof and gutters cleaned. Rich was prompt, professional and very helpful. They installed the roof several years ago and it is looking great but needed cleaning and had developed some moss issues. They returned after cleaning, removed the moss and treated the roof. It looks as good as when they istalled the roof.

In the world of and quot;Good, Fast, Cheap; choose any twoand quot; Quality roof is fast and cheap. The work was often sloppily done (for instance, they put down the roofing felt before all of the decking had been replaced). When the work was not completed as agreed, contractor became very hard to contact and resistant to fixing the problem. The porch was to be 3 in 12 pitch, it was 1.5 in 12 and leaked. The joists were overspan and started to sag. When the cheap and easy fix of replacing drip edge did not work, contractor demanded time and materials to fix the issue. The main roof has held up well, after removing two lines nails which were misapplied and caused leaks. This removal and repair work was done by another company as I was no longer willing to deal with Quality Roof.

Richard came by promptly even though the weather was bad and it was raining and offered to find the problem, After his visit we are convinced that we have a solution. Really appreciate his experience and his sage advice

Work was performed as scheduled and final cost was reasonable close to estimate.

We were suffering from extreme moss problems on roof and driveway and our siding and deck were mostly green with algae. The estimator gave us a good quote. He came right on time with three workers. They were all very competent and worked independently on the areas which were all completed in less than six hours. They did an excellent job and excellent cleanup, and I was totally satisfied.

The tear off team was fairly quick and did a great job cleaning up. However the man of the hour (or many hours) was Steve. Steve spent two and half long days (sun up to sundown) by himself to install our roof, answering our endless questions and really having pride in his work. The roof looks far better than the original. Rich, the owner, also checked in throughout the process to make sure our expectations were met and exceeded.

The service and communication was excellent. The owner of the company is very customer service oriented.

Quality Roof was quick to give us a bid on the roof replacement. Their bid was about $500 less than a bid from another roofing company. They explained different options available to us. We accepted the bid. The contractor who performed the service was very knowledgable, was punctual, performed in a very workmanship manner, and did an exceptional job.. We would definitely contract with Qualtiy Roof again.

Very smoothly and on time. Very happy with the experience. Rich provided me an estimate within two days of my initial call. He quoted a price which I felt was extremely fair and after I spoke with him, I DID NOT SEEK ANY OTHER BIDS. The workers arrived at the time promised and completed the work with a couple of hours, including clean-up. I know it wasn't a big job with a big profit margin, so I apprecited the overall service even more.

I am marketing my house for sale and it was evident the roof would have to be replaced ASAP. Richard Dunne was prompt with a fair estimate and had no problem with my request to use a particular make and style of shingles (to match an existing structure). The Quality Roof team got right on it and did a great job from start to finish in a timely manner. I recommend them and would use them in the future.

We didn't use Rich but will definately consider him in the future.

On friday evening of the memorial day weekend, we had a leak in family room after the crazy downpour of the spring. Since it was the weekend, I could not get any roofing company to answer the phone. I had to wait till Monday. I called this company and luckily, owner Rich was in. He was very nice on phone and agreed to come take a look the same afternoon. What we found was all my gutters were backed up. I bought the house a couple years back and I thought the previous owner had cleaned the roof/gutters. But I was wrong. They were backed up with so much dirt that Richard said it has to be atleast 5 years of material in there. Some of the gutters he could not clean because they wound not even come out. He gave me an estimate for the whole work. Since I was getting gutters cleaned, I also got the roof treated for moss. The price was certainly higher than other bidders that I had contacted before this whole thing happened. But I had to get it fixed in a hurry and Richard seemed very knowledgable. So I went with him. He also gave me contact of a gutter company that would come fix the two gutters which I used. He also gave a quote for fixing two pipe flashings, but that was not required right away and to save cost, I fixed it myself. I had just that week finished getting my yard landscaped. So it was important for me to make sure the roof cleaning guys do not destroy the new plantings when they clean roof/gutters. They did a very good job and did not leave anything on the new paver paths or the new plants. I was very happy with that. Overall, I had a very good experience dealing with this company. It might have cost me a bit more, but in hour of need, they came and fixed things very quickly and very professionally. I was very happy.

Richard Dunne from quality roof was one of several companies that gave me a bid to re-roof my house, his bid was not the lowest and was far from the highest, i went with his company because he was recommended from a friend who used him in the past. His crew was very prompt, friendly and did a great job of cleaning up during and after the project, his roofing foreman john and his crew did a great job and i couldnt be more pleased with the way my roof looks, it came out just as i had envisioned it prior to the job starting.

We had several missing shingles on our shake roof. I called Quality Roofing on Monday. They came out on Tuesday and gave me the firm price bid. I called back the same day and scheduled the work for Friday. They came and repaired the roof. We are grateful for the excellent service right before the rain started.

I called Quality Roof because there was a water leak in my kitchen's ceiling. Richard was prompt to respond, came over to my house, inspected the damage and gave me the estimate. He made a temporarly repair and schedule a date for the job to be done. In the meantime he was contacted by the insurance adjuster and kindly answered all questions. The job was done as scheduled. He followed up to make sure the job was well done and gave a one year warranty in case something unespected happened.

Rich responded to my call promptly, came out to look at the job, cleared the downspout that was clogged, and scheduled his crew out for the moss treatment and thorough gutter/downspout cleaning. They were pleasant, on time, and efficient. The only problem was that after they left I found one downspout was still plugged. I called Rich and he sent them back the next day to clean it out. As usual, Rich called back promptly. He said he would check out the flashing. I was just about to call because I hadn't seen him, when his crew showed up. Apparently he had already been out to check the job. The crew installed the flashing and checked out the entire roof, all at no charge.

The roof-cleaners were GREAT! They spent about 4-5 hours spraying off the roof, and also rinsed down the outside of the house (since there was some moss that landed on the walls), picked up the moss bits, and sprayed the driveway clean. I had been meaning to borrow a neighbor's pressure washer to rinse off the outside of the house because it was getting really dusty, but now I don't have to because these guys did it for me! The roof, walls, and driveway look great! My husband keeps going out to look at the roof with joy and amazement. He really does! A second set of guys (experienced roofers) came out to remove the vent pipe and install the fan, and they were a few days later than expected, but did a good job as far as I can tell. The work is guaranteed against problems for 2 years, so that will certainly be enough time to know whether the fan was sealed in properly. I'm certainly not expecting any problems. I also really liked the owner of the business, who gave us the initial estimate. He loves dogs, he was very friendly and relaxed and helpful, and he gave me the confidence that they would do a good job.

Excellent. Service was prompt and quality was great. They were able to do an estimate the next day -- and then start work within a couple of days of the estimate. After the work was complete and paid for, I noticed a missing shingle on the roof. I called, and they promptly came out and fixed the problem, no questions asked. Would highly recommend.

Initially called at 5:00 pm on a Friday and left a voice mail regarding a roof leak in the area of an unused chimney chase. Understandably, Mr. Dunne didn’t return our call until the following Monday. When we finally connected, though, he arrived within 15 minutes to give us a verbal estimate on removing the chimney chase and repairing the roof where the chimney chase was removed. After discussing options, we agreed with his suggestion to take the chimney chase down to the roofline and replace the roof area. This included rebuilding a portion of the roof where two rooflines meet and building out the rafters to cover the chimney chase at the roofline. He followed up his verbal with a written estimate, which was less than others we had received. This was partly because we were getting different options from different companies, but we think Rich’s price was more than fair. It was the best option and price for us. After deciding to hire him, we left a couple of voicemails before reaching him again. But he responded the morning he promised to start the work - the very next day - and said his crew would arrive about 9:00am. They worked for two days to complete the work, which comes with a 5-year warranty. They completed everything in the estimate and completely cleaned up the area including cleaning debris off the roof and out of the gutters. One item was overlooked in the original estimate – adding a section of gutter. Mr. Dunne arranged for a contractor to give us an estimate, and we paid him directly to do the gutter work. I would definitely hire Quality Roofing again.

They came and did the job while we weren't home. On the return there was no sign that anyone had been out except the roof looking like new! They guaranteed that they would come back out and clean the roof for free if the moss came back within 2 years; this is why we choose to use them. If needed, we would hire them again. They weren't able to do the job on the date originally scheduled because there was a light snowfall. He told me he didn't want to have his workers up on the roof because of this. Which made sense to me.

This company was good. They completed the job in a timeley manner. My daughter's new home needed roof work completed and they did the job at a great price.

I selected Quality Roof from its ranking on Angie's List and I've been very pleased. I contacted them and the owner, Richard, gave me an appointment mid-day. He arrived as scheduled and showed me the various issues that had to be addressed to fix my leaks. Rich was very professional in evaluating the repairs and discussing the various options, e.g. temporary repair of the skylight versus replacement and fixing specific areas of the roof versus changing everything. I scheduled the work and the crew came with a foreman staying on site after Rich gave the instructions. Upon completion of the job the crew cleaned the surrounding areas of debris, something which never happened previously with three other contractors as I have some bushes around the house so it was great to see this and Rich explained the work done and asked if I had any questions or concerns. He explains that Quality Roof provides its own workmanship warranty for the work they've performed. I've been very pleased with both the work performed and the interaction with the company.

The company arrived as scheduled and worked until the job was completed(approximately six days); there were no problems. Workers were courteous and professional. Rich Dunne, the owner, was very professional in assessing the condition of the old roof and clearly discussed options of repair versus replacement. Upon completion, Rich reviewed the job with me and asked if I had any questions or concerns. In addition to the 30 year warranty provided by the shingle company, Quality Roof gives it's own ten year workmanship warranty.

It was a good experience. I went up there and it looked like they patched what needed to be patched. He was friendly on the phone and gave me an estimate quickly. It was effortless and painless.

I wasn't home during the work, but the roof looks great and they cleaned up any debris that happened.
