Drain technician Chris Terrones was prompt and friendly, and he was able to fix my garbage disposal clog very quickly. I really appreciated his professionalism!

For several weeks, our basement sink would flood every time we did laundry and take days to clear. After trying Draino and attempting to snake the drain ourselves without success, a friend referred us to ProDrain. The person who answered the phone was friendly and helpful when making the appointment, answering all my questions and setting an appointment within two days. Chris arrived on time, giving me a call 15 minutes before he arrived. The job took only about 30 minutes. Chris explained the problem, how he fixed it, and took my payment on the spot. He was friendly, professional and efficient. I will definitely use ProDrain again!

Great! Chris did a fabulous job and was very informative through the process. Our house is nearly 40 years old and while we did find a couple of issues that will need attention in the spring, the water is flowing as it should now!

The tech from ProDrain was successfully able to clear both of my clogged drains in a timely manner. He tested both drains to make sure the clogs were completely eliminated. He then used his video inspection equipment to inspect my storm drains and confirm that they were flowing properly and there was no tree root infiltration.

Chris Terrones came to our house to check out a slow drain in the bathtub that had slowed down to practically zero flow. The slow drain was a problem we had had since we moved into the house in 2005. We had another company scope (run a camera through the drain) the drain in 2005 and they could not find the problem. After a short time, Chris diagnosed the problem as originating with the drain mechanism that switches water flow from the shower to the tub. Since ProDrain specializes in clogs (not requiring a plumbing license), he could not do the repair. A plumbing company I called (Happy's Plumbing) was able to effect the repair. A decades long problem fixed! Thanks, Chris. I have used ProDrain on a number of occasions and they have always come through with a solution. They have my future business for sure.

I have a sewer line that gets blocked occasionally. When it happens the entire house is shut down so speedy, reliable service is really important. I called ProDrain in the morning and they said that they would have someone out between 5 and 7 in the evening. Chris showed up at 6:00, understood completely what had to be done and fixed the problem in about 20 minutes. Then he cleaned up where the blockage had made a mess, tested all of the toilets in the house and discussed ways we could avoid the problem in the future. This is the second time ProDrain has come out (they sent Mario before) and both times I have been eager to write a positive review. By the way, the price (although overtime) was very reasonable and exactly what I expected. I have complete confidence in recommending ProDrain.

Chris and Christopher did a wonderful job! Both were friendly, professional and very obviously knew what they were doing. The job was done quickly and they even took the time to show and explain the new shower controls. They even took a quick look at another plumbing issue unrelated and helped me to problem solve a way to fix it. I would definitely call them again the next time I need a plumber.

Pro Drain would be the first people I call in the future. My experience with them was excellent. My sewer system is complex – a pump with a 360 ft. 2-inch PVC line. All the Pro Drain folks I had contact with were friendly and professional. Mario did the actual work. He knew what he was doing, had the right equipment, and got my problem solved quickly. The price they charged me was very reasonable.

The whole visit was very positive. He was friendly, courteous, and a pleasure to talk to. The entire company, from the office staff to the field techs are always pleasant and professional.

When we had horrible rain and everybody's sewage to back up. I've used them regularly; I've used them for 15 years. They unclogged my drains every year and a half ago or so. I call them for this because we have a bathroom back up and they come up, I give them A's. They had to bring in a big machine, and it took them awhile, but it cleaned the whole sewer line it seemed like there was something in it. They have a lot of calls. We have a combined sewer overflow, which is one of the dumbest things because it clears rain water. If there's too much rain water and it often is, it overflows and goes into the river and this time it was three or four inches in one week this time, so everyone had problems.

Andrea was friendly. Scheduling was efficient and easy. The price seemed fair. Dan called ahead and showed up on time. He was friendly and informative, and quickly found two breaks and marked the ground to enable repair bids from others. But when I asked him for a repair bid I was disappointed to find out that Pro Drain no longer does repairs. A list put out by Portland and reviews on Angie's List led me to believe they did (which is the main reason I was motivated to write this). I then noticed that the foot counter viewed during the scoping was not recorded on the video even though Portland requires it and Dan said he was familiar with their rules. When I called Dan to ask about this he did not return my call. So I called Andrea. She checked with Dan and called back to say he agreed that a foot counter is listed as a Portland requirement but that they, as well as bidding contractors, have never indicated the lack of one was a problem. Andrea said she had informed Portland that they no longer do sewer repairs but that Portland hasn't removed them from their sewer repair contractor list.

Quick and easy. Didn't waste any time and got the job done very quickly.

We have used ProDrain for 27 years. Our most recent experience was reflective of every opportunity and challenge they've helped us face. We were facing a blocked line and were willing to wait until they could get to us through the snows. As always, the staff was thorough, clean, prompt and honest. I had used a different company in the past, but they didn't respond to my calls, so I gave these guys a try. I called at 9 am and someone was at my house by 11. They took care of the problem quickly (I had already spent a day trying to take care of it myself) and cleanup up afterward. They charged about half of what the other company I use charges. I will now only call them in the future.

prodrain came out to fix a blocked pipe. They indicated the pipe was broken and that was not in the scope of their service. That was fine, but they also said they would send a receipt and a list of references. I never got any reference from them, even after calling and asking twice and waiting three days.

Chris Terrones showed up exactly on time, and did a super job, at a very reasonable rate. The rates and fees were given up front, and a reasonable idea as to the time required. Chris missed it by 15 minutes.

I had lined up another company to come, but they had to postpone due to an emergency call from a firehouse, and luckily ProDrain had a technician finishing a job in the area. He was at my house half an hour later. Twenty minutes after that he was done, and the cost was about a third what the other company had quoted me. Very satisfied!

Very well. Before proceeding, the technician set expectations for how long the French Drain would remain clog free after cleaning so we would be able to decide if it was worth the investment. We had him clear the clog and he put everything back together and cleaned up all mess before leaving. Technician also gave us good ideas for re-designing the drain to avoid future maintenance. 120

It was excellent. They were on time, professional, quick, and affordable.
