Description of Work: Due to old pipes, I had rust and corrosion that ended up creating very low flow in my kitchen sink, and also clogged the water line to the dishwasher. I also had a leak at the base of my faucet. Terry Taylor arrived promptly, surveyed the situation, and gave me a few options in terms if the pipe replacement. He replaced the pipes that go to kitchen with pex, installed a new outside faucet, and worked to repair leak at drain. He kept me informed about what he was seeing, and worked very efficiently, taking care to clean up as he worked. He explained some of the leaking was caused by a very high water pressure in the house and recommended installation of a pressure regulator. I felt he was very knowledgeable and honest. I have had plenty of bad experiences with sketchy plumbers, but I was very happy with Terry and with ProDrain

Description of Work: We have a house with a long flat drain that became clogged. We had called another firm first, but they were unable to clear the drain. ProDrain was able to do it the very next day by going through a roof vent and using a long snake. They also advised us of techniques to keep it from becoming clogged in the future, The technician was very polite and knew his business. I will use them again!!

Description of Work: My master bathroom sink was backing up (I just bought the house and they "forgot" to mention it). ProDrain came out and it took about 10 minutes to clear the masses of hair (ugh).

Description of Work: I called this company because I was smelling sewer gas in the basement whenever someone took a shower in the house. They informed me that it probably was a dry drain in the floor drain in the basement and to pour some water in it and it should fix the problem. I was impressed that they didn't try to set up an appointment to come out and charge me a service call, but just stated what the problem probably was and an easy way to fix it. I would definitely trust them if there is a problem in the future.

Bottom line, we are going ahead with the purchase because of the information provided from this company about a scope they did on our line.

Description of Work: I called and told them the kitchen sink was plugged. I knew it was not just plugged at the trap but further down the line. After asking my address they told me the price was $77 plus $15 "out of area" charge. We are 5 miles out of town so that was expected. They gave me a 2 hour window and I asked if they could call me at work about 15 minutes before they would arrive so I could run home and not miss much work. They did all they said they would and the job went absolutely smooth. I especially liked that they did not try to upsell me to get the pipe "power washed" or try to sell me a gallon of pipe cleaner. I would recommend they to anyone! For comparison I called a ??? rooter ??? company the day before and they would not quote over the phone. When their truck arrived he looked at the job and quoted $509 (in writing) for the job! I told him I was thinking more like $100-150 and he said if I only wanted to get snaked it would be $309. Yikes!

Description of Work: We had a rusted out piece of cast iron pipe which needed to be replaced. I called another plumbing outfit and they couldn't come for a couple of days. When I called ProDrain, they said they could send someone the next morning. Brian called to say he was stuck in traffic and would be a little late which I appreciated. He arrived and made the repair in a short amount of time. Unfortunately the line he repaired also had a big clog in it. He didn't have a snake in his truck, so he called one of the other guys in their company who specializes in drain cleaning and he arrived in about an hour and took care of that problem too. Both guys were very nice, professional, honest and thoughtful about not tracking dirt throughout the house. I would definitely use them again. It's also nice they offer a discount to Angie's List customers.
