Description of Work: I was thrilled with how fast they scheduled me, they were at my house within 2 days, and fixed the drain problem quickly and told us how to make not happen again.

Description of Work: They scoped a lateral sewer line. It went very well. On time and complete.

Description of Work: There was some tree root invasion, but the real problem Sean found was that the drain went into a local French drain not capable of taking the higher water flow. He was very professional, and I would recommend them to others.

Description of Work: They came out the day after I called them and remedied a clogged bathroom sink drain that resisted snaking by my little 10 foot snake. The fellow that came out set up, fixed the issue and packed up in about 15 minutes.

Description of Work: Service performed as stated but they worked little slow, so end up you paid extra work hours. Expected cost $550 but finally paid S691.25 total. I asked to get discount just $1.25 but they say no. Not sure how they do a business like that.

Description of Work: I had a clogged toilet and the drain service i did use was relatively incompetent and unprofessional (grumpy drains). I called pro drain and received a lot of free, valuable information over the phone which eventually led to resolution. I know a company would rather perform paid services, but i believe that true professionalism like this is rewarded in the long run.
