I was very pleased. They were at the house within 1/2 hour from the time I called! They are also very reasonably priced.

This was as painless as possible. The price was higher than some due to it being a main sewer line ($69, instead of $54) and at night ($50 extra).

I would have no problem calling them again. From the appointment setting to the completed work, they were outstanding and very professional.

They were on time, friendly, courteous, explained what the problem was, and showed me how to fix similar problems in the future. They immediately fixed the initial problem, and asked if I would like to have the system snaked. I was under no obligation and felt no pressure for the suggested task.

Very efficient, pleasant, did a good job.

Andrew called to see if he could arrive early. Instead of the scheduled 4-6pm time, he arrived at 1:45. He was extremely polite, professional and informative. I would use ProDrain again in a heartbeat and would recommend them. They were extremely reasonably priced.

The plumber was reasonably polite, but was 2 hours late without calling to inform us of his e.t.a.

Tyler arrived within the scheduled time and completed all work within 20 minutes. Total cost was as quoted - $79. Tyler was very professional and courteous.

The Pro Drain person (I can't remember his name) was on time and did his work quickly and efficiently. The price was fair. Overall, I was very happy with the service.

The plumber showed up on time and introduced himself as Andrew. He checked the situation and went to work. He accessed the pipe though a vent on the roof, so he did not need to disturb inside plumbing (pipes, the dishwasher, the garbage disposal). No mess, quick service, fair price. Thank you, Angie's List, for having listed this plumber with other customers' recommendations.

When I moved to Oregon ten years ago I was struck by how genuine and nice people seemed to be. That impression has faded somewhat. Yet this serviceman brought it all back. He came when he said he would. Was polite, friendly, focused, and competent. The cost was very reasonable and my washing machine is going great guns again. Highly recommended by me.

My phone call was returned promptly and an appointment set up for between 1 and 3 pm the same day. The representative arrived at 1:50 pm. and tried without success to clear the drain with the rooter cable. He said he needed a jetter which he did not have on hand and would have to return with it the following morning at 11 am. I was frustrated as we could not use water, toilets were not being flushed, etc. I suggested I would try and get someone else that day. ProDrain was very accepting of this possibility and we agreed that if I was able to get anyone else to finish the job I would call them to cancel, otherwise they would come in the morning. I tried to get someone else without success (see my report on Mr. Rooter Plumbing). The office staff at ProDrain continued to try and find someone who could come to my house that afternoon but were unable to do so. They arrived next morning at 10 am and did the jetting process which solved the problem.

It was quick... They were early... Told us how we could do it ourselves in the future... And it was relatively cheap.

I found Pro Drain in Angie's list. I called the Eastside office at 8 am this morning, and got an appointment from 2 to 4 pm. Andrew arrived on time, did the job well, explained what he did, and answered my questions. The price seems very good for a home call and 1/2 hour of work.

The serviceman came within 24 hours of my call. He was on time, quick and efficient and very pleasant to deal with.

Arrived right at the beginning of the stated time window. Polite and personable and totally professional. In and out in ten minutes.

I called at the beginning of an open slot in the schedule. Jason showed up minutes later and unclogged the drain very quickly. He also offered what he thought was the root cause of the problem and suggested a more permanent fix that I could perform. Overall it was an excellent experience.

PLUMBER WAS POLITE, QUICK, AND RECOMMENDED A CHEAP FIX I COULD DO ON MY OWN FOR ANOTHER PLUMBING PROBLEM. HE ALSO CLEANED OUT THE TUB AFTER. I CALLED AROUND, AND THIS QUOTE WAS ABOUT $30 LESS THAN ANY OTHER PLACE, AND I WAS EXTREMELY HAPPY. THEY GUARANTEE THE WORK FOR 30 DAYS, TOO.

WHEN WE EXPERIENCED A COUPLE OF INCHES OF RAIN IN ONLY A COUPLE OF DAYS I WAS ABLE TO GET AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE NEXT DAY. I LEFT A MESSAGE TO MAKE THE APPOINTMENT AND RECEIVED A PHONE CALL AROUND 7:00 IN THE EVENING STATING THAT THEY WERE VERY BUSY BUT WOULD BE ABLE TO COME OUT THE NEXT DAY. THE NEXT DAY, I RECEIVED A CALL TO SAY THE TECHNICIAN WAS RUNNING VERY BEHIND (UNDERSTANDABLY) BUT WOULD STILL BE ABLE TO MAKE IT EVEN THOUGH IT WAS GETTING VERY DARK OUT. I APPRECIATED THE CONSTANT COMMUNICATION AND THE EFFORT PUT OUT BY THE STAFF TO GET TO THE DRAINS BEFORE THE NEXT STORM HIT. WE EXPERIENCED ANOTHER COUPLE OF INCHES OF RAIN WITHOUT ANY BIG PUDDLES AROUND THE DOWNSPOUTS. THANKS FOR THE GREAT SERVICE WE HAVE HIRED THEM IN THE PAST FOR CLOGS IN OUR UTILITY ROOM AND THEY WERE PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL AS WELL.

PRO-DRAIN UNCLOGGED OUR BATHROOM SINK DRAIN AFTER WE UNSUCCESSFULLY TRIED TO DO IT OURSELVES USING LIQUID DRAIN CLEANER. THEY SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT JUST AS SOON AS WE NEEDED THEM AND THE SERVICE GUY WAS PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL.
