FANTASTIC experience. My appt. was for 11-1, and Andy showed up at 11:08, was here for 15 minutes and helped me fix my other small issues as well. I offered to pay more than the $54 drain clog fee and he refused. Highly recommended.

I own a few rental units in Portland, and I need to have a professional and reliable plumber available. I was delighted to find ProDrain. This is a wonderful company. You are able to talk with the scheduler during all business hours. They are professional, friendly and they do what they promise, when they promise and for very resonable rates. When I had an emergency with a water heater, they found someone to come do the job on an emergency basis, and the rates were great. They are professional and friendly with the tenants also. I know that they will do the repairs well and keep the tenants happy.

The office staff was very friendly and accommodating. The plumber showed up on time, worked diligently and was very polite. The work was cheaper than exactly the same work I've had done by another plumber every other year or so (one who didn't show up when he said he would). I had Pro Drain work on my bathroom drain because the basement floor drain cost $25.00 more than I had expected.

The were at the house within a couple hours of calling. They were very polite & clean. They have another very satisfied customer here, and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again!

Jason came out and was very professionally dressed (not with the plumber pants falling down). He was also professional in his manner and performance, as was the person who set up the appointment on the telephone for me. I was really pleased.

Tyler was early and after I explained I had already tried a 25' snake he brought in a power snake and had the drain cleared within 15 minutes. No pressure for additional services and even gave a tip on how to keep drains clear, without expensive drain cleaners.

The woman who answered the phone was warm and friendly, the service person was prompt and professional.

Very positive. At first, the plumber was unable to dislodge whatever was obstructing the flow through the pipe. After consulting with a more experienced colleague by phone, he successfully cleared the clog. Spent 1.5 hours.

Andy was ''on time'' and seemed competent. (Nice guy) Cleaned up nicely before he left. Explained the charges to me. He had to come back a week later to address the same problem. I'm not sure that was his fault; more likely it was due to the state of my pipes.

HE WAS VERY CLEAN, DID NOT MAKE ANY EXTRA MESS. HE TRIED EVERYTHING ELSE AT FIRST. HE IS VERY GOOD BECAUSE HE ACTUALLY HAD TO GO THROUGH THE CHIMNEY TO GET TO MY SEWER LINE. HE COULD NOT CLEAR IT ANY OTHER WAY. HE ALSO HAD TO WORK THROUGH BROKEN TILE. HE USED AN ELECTRIC SNAKE. HE DEFINITELY KNOWS THAT WHAT HE IS DOING. HE WAS HERE FOR ABOUT 2 HOURS WORKING CONSTANTLY. HE WAS PROMPT, CLEAN AND NICE. IN FACT, I AM GOING TO NEED HIM USE HIM AGAIN. WOULD RECOMMEND.

I told Andrew these guys should appear in super-hero costumes! What a super company. I was surprised and delighted by their professionalism, skill, courtesy, price -- just everything about them was wonderful!

The Pro Drain employee was actually two hours early! He called and said he was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could come by early. I was thrilled, it meant less waiting around for me. Their employee was very conscientious and thorough, friendly and answered all my questions. I paid what I think is a great price (I've had rooter services charge a lot more for shoddy work). I'd definitely recommend them for drain problems! Plus they guarantee their work for 30 days. I couldn't have asked for better service!
