ProDrain & Rooter Service

Came on time (actually, a bit earlier than promised). Cleared main drain with minimal disruption. Other places called were going to charge more than twice the amount of Pro Drain, citing all kinds of equipment fees, travel time, etc. My only complaint is their failure to return my call on Saturday when I called their answering service, though it was late in the day.

Pro Drain was very professional and knowledgeable. They did not try to sell us a sewer replacement or patching, as other companies have for this job. We appreciated their honesty about the scope of what we actually needed.

The technician came on time, was articulate, considerate, easy to understand, and worked efficiently and effectively. I have no doubt that I'll use this company again.

Great service by Jim. Arrived ahead of appointed time. Performed roto-rooter clearing and described another more serious problem that he was able to fix.

An absolutely great experience. Amy who scheduled the appointment was extremely nice and clearly stated what to expect. My appointment was between 8 and 10am and Jayson arrived exactly at 8am. He was extremely polite, well-spoken, knowledgeable, and efficient. He evaluated the toilet and did not think the main line needed to be snaked, but offered to do it to make sure and to provide peace of mind. Just the opposite of a high pressure "over sell." His equipment was in good shape and he was very quick. He provided clear answers to my questions and said that if the problem continues I should replace the old toilet as he did all that could be done for the drains. I highly recommend this company whose motto on the van says: "We clean out your drains, not your wallet."

Very positive experience. On time, polite, and reasonably priced. Did the work needed in a clean and professional manner. I highly recommend this company.

Both George & Ty were very proficient, fast, & friendly. I would use them again (& still am) & recommend them highly. I particularly appreciated the fact that if they were running late (only once), the office called to let me know & ask if was convenient for me that they were a little late.

Pro Drain came the next day after I called. The fellow was on time and professional. He cleared one drain, which was connected to the second drain, however, the second drain line was broken and so he couldn't get a clear line. At least now we knew we had to get new drain lines dug. He was here about an hour and charged us for one hour.

This is my second experience with Pro Drain. Both times I was able to get a next day appointment, the plumber was on time, dressed neatly, & worked quickly & professionally. Tips & tricks were liberally dispensed, & the price was so reasonable!

Called them at 9 a.m. Monday, they came out at 10 and had things running smoothly in less than an hour. They were very professional, quick and clean.

I called on Friday at around noon. The very friendly and professional woman on the phone said they could be there between 3 and 5. Since I couldn't, and the clog wasn't an emergency, I asked her to schedule Monday 10-12. Andrew showed up by 10:40 and was done and down the street by 11:00. Friendly, efficient, and FIXED. And, the price was, as expected, $54. I'm very pleased, both with Pro Drain, and with Angie's List. What a great concept!

Andy was 15 minutes early (!), went right to work, had to use 2 methods to clear the drain, explained exactly what he was doing and why, cleared the clog and charged $54 bucks for it. Great work!

Amy, the receptionist, was very polite and personable. Andrew was prompt (I called late morning, and they were there within 2 hours-this was not an emergency call) and very professional. He was right on time. I would and will recommend this company again... gladly!!!!!!

The receptionist who made the appointment for me was super friendly. The plumber arrived right on time, quickly assessed the problem, and fixed the clog. He was friendly, dressed smartly in the company shirt, and the price was extremely reasonable. A different company I called was going to charge me $45 just to come out, take a look at the problem, and estimate the cost to fix it! Pro Drain charged $54 flat to come out and fix it. I am so impressed. I'll recommend them to everyone.

Tyler was on time and very polite. He took the time to explain everything - what he was doing, what he found, and what needed to happen. He gave me referrals for sewer line repair companies as well.

Came out as scheduled, provided quote over the phone, and were very friendly and responsive. They completed work as estimated and replaced rusted-out drain line with ABS pipe and fittings to connect to sink trap and main.

I was impressed with how quickly the plumber got to my house. He was knowledgeable and didn't mind my dogs in his face while he was on the ground.
