ProDrain & Rooter Service

I bought new kitchen appliances, but the delivery company was incapable of completing the purchased installation of the dishwasher. They said the job was too complex and that I needed a skilled plumber. Most plumbing companies were too busy to assist, but ProDrain informed they could send a plumber within a convenient time frame. Jeff & Enrique arrived as scheduled, and completed a professional removal of the old unit and installation/hook-up of the new dishwasher. This is my 2nd engagement with ProDrain, and I intend to keep them at the top of my call-back list for future plumbing needs.

It's gone okay. But the ProDrain side of it was good. Jeff, Jason, Enriique, Chris, and Jack ... these dudes came, saw, and conquered my re-pipe project masterfully. Deanna was also helpful throughout the whole process.

Chris Terrones was professional in every way: He called ahead of time, showed up on time, explained what the problem (and solution) were, kept the work space completely clean, and finished in a relatively short time. Before leaving he thoroughly explained maintenance going forward.

The Tech (CHRIS TERRONES) was spot on said 3PM and was here at 3PM. He set up and within 45 minutes was done and a very nice young man. If this is the kind of people you have working for ProDrain you are good to go. I have used your company for a good 8-10 years and this young man was I think the best. Thanks Chris!! Roger Senn

Dishawn came to fix my toilet. I was so shocked the he showed up with bad mood and bad attitude and kept being so rude. When he called me on the phone, he said, "open the door!" He did not even introduce himself so I had to ask him who he is. When I talked to him, he aggressively said, "I don't like people tell me what to do!" and did not listen to me but kept talking back to me. It was the worst experience and I would not recommend Dishawn ever!

When I called, receptionist was polite, helpful and explained clearly about the procedure and price and told me she would send Chris. Chris called 15 minutes before the appointment to let me know he was on the way. That was nice. He came on time and started working. He explained clearly what was wrong and what he is doing and also answered all of my questions politely and told me some great tips to keep the sink drain clean. At the end, he cleaned my kitchen area. He explained about the price and also explained paying by credit card would cost more and paying by check wouldn't. Overall, his work is impressive with wonderful professional knowledge and manners. I had Pro Drain professionals twice in the past and all of them have been excellent. I highly recommend Chris as well as any professionals at Pro Drain. I trust Pro Drain would always do wonderful work. Thank you for fixing my house. ^_^

I had their technician, Chris Terrones, come out. First off just calling in they were kind and helpful. Then I had same day service, which is a blessing when it’s my day off. Chris called before he arrived, right in the time window. He was professional and fast! Really thankful, and can not recommend enough!

I called a local plumber who referred me to ProDrain. Dishawn was prompt, professional, and quickly solved the problem of the clog. I appreciated he slipped on liners over his shoes upon arrival and after completion of the job wiped down thoroughly the inside of the cabinet.

This was one of the smaller jobs we've had ProDrain take care of. We had a small leak under our kitchen sink and wanted to make sure we took care of it before it became a big leak. They always come out quickly and they found a way to squeeze us in that same day. Chris came out and took care of it quickly and explained what the problem was. He has been out before and is always courteous, professional and fast.

Jeff came on time and did his work nicely! He is very proffessional and explained every question I had. And he cleaned all the mess before he went back. I highly reccomend him!

ProDrain fit me into their schedule and Jeff W. came out and fixed our leaking water supply pipe. Took him less than an hour to repair the leaking water pipe, and provide advice on other plumbing projects for the future. While we hope we do not need a plumber for a long time, we would choose ProDrain again!

Excellent! Christopher and Enrique showed up on time, explained what needed to be done, did it and cleaned up very nicely. I was pleased that they showed concern for my time, money and the quality of the work that I had them do. I would not hesitate to have them in my home again. They were very professional and courteous.

We are almost ready to move in to our new home and our toilets were draining really slow. We called a plumber and he highly recommended ProDrain to scope our pipes. I called and they were there within a couple of hours. Chris Terrones was very nice and knowledgeable. He didn't find anything in the pipes but suggested that the sewer pump wasn't working. Sure enough! That was our problem! He wasn't able to fix it but now we know what to do to get it fixed! I highly recommend these guys!

The professional service received from ProDrain was awesome! Not only did I receive an early phone call to schedule the appointment for the next day, but the Drain Technician (Chris T.) arrived at the agreed upon time. Chris fixed the issue within 20 minutes and thanked me for the business on his way out. I'm hanging to Chris's business card in case anyone asks for a recommendation.

It went great. Dishawn came and to check our drains and make sure they were working as they should. He was very professional--to the point, but considerate. He made sure that he did what was necessary within the time frame allotted for a minimum charge. He listened well, asked incisive questions, and worked quickly. ProDrain showed up early (called first to make sure it was OK), and finished the job quickly. It was exactly what we were quoted on the phone, which was cheaper than another plumber who couldn't actually get the job done. Very professional and very helpful. Highly recommended.
