Most likely we need a new toilet - Chris Terrones was our plumber and he was wonderful, very neat, very knowledgeable and explained the problem. Our toilet is probably 45+ years old - so guess it is time!

Stuart was great! He was timely, professional and knowledgeable. He quickly found and fixed what was wrong, and then explained to me what had been amiss. The people who had remodeled our bathroom last year had installed a kitchen faucet shut-off system instead of a shower shut-off system. Plus, there was a damaged rubber seal. After Stuart fixed the faucet, it was MUCH easier to turn on and off, and the water actually turns off now! Thank you! I will definitely recommend you to my friends.

Chris was able to come early (he called first), quickly figured out the problem and fixed it, and showed me how to fix it myself if the same problem happens again! A valve that prevents backflow was jammed, and the aerator was a bit clogged. He explained things clearly, and I felt totally comfortable having him in my home. I will definitely be calling ProDrain for any future plumbing problems.

When is there a great time to have your plumbing blow up?? NOT EVER! But especially not on a Saturday, when you have new Airbnb guests arriving, AND you are in the middle of cooking a sit down dinner for 25 close friends and trying to get ready for your holiday party. Excellent. Chris Benson, Plumbing Apprentice, was a little early and finished within the estimated time. He was courteous, friendly and appeared very competent (I am no plumber so that's a feeling but the faucet works). He left the area as clean as he found it which, at 74, I really appreciated.

They were not able to completely unclog it because the problem was somewhere under our back yard. He explained that we probably had a dry well under our back yard that has gotten clogged and isn't draining properly. His company doesn't handle tackling digging up our back yard to fix the problem. But he worked hard and did a great job with unclogging what he could do.

Greg and his crew (Jeff, Jason, Enrique and Jack) were on site promptly and went to work pulling out old galvanized pipes from three bathrooms , one kitchen, a laundry area, and three outdoor faucets. By the end of the day everything was repiped, operating well, and cleaned up. Two days later they sent a sheetrock associate to repair walls. They had been so neat in breaking into walls that the repairs were minimal and finished by the end of the day. This operation was "slick" from the moment we received the quote to the end of the project. When we can afford to do a major remodel of one of the bathrooms and move the laundry area to a better location, we will definitely call on ProDrain again for the plumbing.

Dishawn arrived on time, explained what he would be doing and got right to work. The cleaning went great but it was also noticed that the kitchen sink drain was leaking. So that problem was fixed as well. Great work on all accounts and very happy with the results.
