Shane came out and did a very professional job, diagnosed the problem easily and fixed it promptly.

I have hired this company twice to unclog the bathroom drains. Long hair and ancient plumbing means that at least once a year, the bathtub needs a a thorough snaking. Pro-Drain has been prompt, professional, clean and effective both times I have hired them. Plumbers have a reputation as a grumpy bunch but, these guys show up happy to help.

Greg really did a great job helping us out. We knew our water heater was old and needed replacing, but then it started leaking right before the 4th of July holiday. Greg was very accommodating and fit us in his schedule so we could quickly get our new water heater installed. He also did some extra work, and installed a drip pan with a drain so any future leaks will not flood our garage. He did quality work and we appreciate all he did for us.

Called at 8:00am and was quoted a flat fee of $92 to clear a very clogged kitchen drain. Plumber came out at 2:00 the same day, spent some time snaking the drain & cleared the clog. Plumber was very professional.

Great. Same day service! I called at 10:00 this morning and had someone at my house at 1:30 for service. Attendant was nice, knowledgeable and very helpful with advice. Very reasonable price too.

Attended to leak as quickly as possible , considering that water was turned off for a couple days. Workmen were especially friendly and helpful.

Prodrain plumbers have always been punctual, thorough, and clean. We use them to maintain the floor drain in our house.

Line was cleared but the technician spattered the walls, shower curtain and towels with dark slime spattered spots by not exercising good judgement when he withdrew the snake from the drain. He did a lousy job cleaning the walls and did not apologize for the mess. I sent the company an email complaint and, to their credit, sent me a check to cover the expense of a new shower curtain. Big hassle and I was disappointed in the company since I used them in the past when they were smaller and more customer focused.

Unclogged bathroom drain with pedestal sink. I was told by a different company that they would have to put a larger hole in the wall in order to use their equipment. They charged me $87 for the service call and would have charged me $245 dollars just to enlarge the hole in the wall where the pipe is. I have plaster walls and did not want them to do that. I called ProDrain and they were able to snake the drain through the sink and unclog it in 10 minutes. Mario was the tech, very professional, effecient, easily explained the different ways to approach the situation. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

So I gave them a call, turned out it was a downspout issue, not a drain...but their rep came out twice anyway. Once to figure out the problem and the second time to put in flexible tubing to lead the water away from the foundation. Again this was not in the scope of their services, but he did it anyway so the water flow could cease. Someone else will have to repair the damage and find a permanent solution to the bad downspout, but...they took care of the problem with speed and for a low price.

Four months ago I moved to a townhouse, and had just been thinking how much better the toilets flushed in my new home compared to my former house of the same vintage. Famous last words! A couple days later one of the toilets clogged. Fortunately, I have two. Am I the only woman who uses a plunger to no avail? Obviously, a plumber's "friend" is no friend of mine! After several days of living with the problem, I remembered that Paul Linman on KEX-1190 AM radio endorses Pro Drain. While I used other rooter services many times in the past, I decided that Paul's recommendation was good enough for me. After all, he's in my home everyday, so like a trusted friend. The work was scheduled within 48 hours of my call. The delay was due to my schedule--not theirs. Dischon arrived within 20 minutes of the two-hour window of time. He put on shoe covers and went straight to work with his snake. He even checked the second toilet drain for good measure. He was in and out of my house in less than two minutes. He was very professional, efficient, and had a positive attitude. Thank you, Pro Drain! Thank you, Paul Linman!

Technician arrived promptly (on time) and was very cordial. Technician assessed the problem and commenced cleaning out the partially clogged laundry waste drain line. Things went down hill, after the clean out of the line was completed. I was not able to observe (closely) the clean-up, after the service, because my direct view was blocked a by the stacked washer/dryer unit. I did note that the technician used only one small cloth, and some spray liquid, to clean both the floor and the walls, around the drain pipe. After the technician left, I went to replace items that had been moved, to allow the technician access to the drain, and found the first problem; dirty walls and floor. Splattered debris from the waste pipe was on the walls and floor area. While the technician had made a half-hearted attempt to clean up, it was actually made worse by his action. After an hour of cleaning the walls and floor (myself) things looked fairly good, although I will need to repaint one wall, to completely restore it. I decided not to bother complaining to Pro Drain, and chalked it up to a technician who was obviously anxious to get to his next assignment (maintaining some company equipment). However, the next issue caused me to contact Pro Drain. The morning following my drain service, I used the shower in the laundry room where the drain was serviced. The shower drain was plugged and the shower rapidly filled with water. I was forced to take a very abbreviated shower, in order to prevent the water from overtopping the shower base. I concluded that the debris from the laundry waste line had been forced into the adjascent (approximately 4 feet) shower drain, and was plugging it. I called Pro Drain, and explained my problem, and asked to speak to the manager of the drain service division. Instead, I got the technician who had been to my home. He was quite agitated, and wanted to argue with me. I didn't see any productive outcome to that conversation, and again asked to speak to the manager. I was then shifted to "George" (who I understand to be the owner and manager). George was equally hostile, and all but called me a liar. He would ask a question, and then would talk over me, while I was attempting to answer his question. Seldom have I encountered such a supercillious maladroit, in my lifetime. George grudgingly consented to sending another technician to my home, to check out the problem. I agreed to that, but after further consideration, cancelled that appointment. Given how obnoxious both the original technician, and George were, when I sought help with the second problem, I could see no happy outcome in employing them again, at added cost. I utilized another contractor who solved the blocked shower issue, and didn't leave me a mess to clean up. While I note many positive reviews of Pro Drain on Angie's List, I could not recommend them. I understand that sometimes thing go wrong, but how the service provider deals with those errors really tells the story. Pro Drain did not value me as a customer. George earned an "F", but I gave him a "D" for finally, grudgingly, agreeing to send another technician to assess the problem. I should note that George never did accept any responsibility for inflicting the major mess that was left for me to clean up. All that I can say about Pro Drain is : Beware!

We have used this company twice to fix clogs in our plumbing my husband just couldn't get dislodged. One service was scheduled during regular business hours. One service was on an emergent basis on a Saturday night. Both times service was prompt, successful, and reasonably priced. Service personnel have been very personable. As my husband says: "They've been perfect!".

Technician came quickly toward the beginning of the appointment window, was very friendly, was done very quickly as well. They also rescheduled the appointment (at my request) the day before, which was much appreciated.

The main drain in our facility plugged about 10 pm on a Wednesday evening. Called ProDrain about 9 am the next morning. I explained we had about 40 people coming for a class at 6:30 pm and I needed to have the bathrooms available by then. Aimee in the office said she'd get someone out ASAP. By 9:30 we had a tech on site. Aimee gave me a quote of the possible charges. The tech quickly and efficiently cleaned the plugged line. The tech was very knowledgeable and informative. He explained everything he was doing and we learned a lot. The bill was exactly what Aimee had quoted. Couldn't ask for a better company to call.

the young man was so attentive to keeping my floors clean and everything nice and neat. I REALLY appreciate not having to clean up after them.

They did good job and was very helpful in trying to work it into there schedule as quickly as possible. But when the pipes were done and they were checking the water flow in the kitchen found the pressure was low.. It had not been low before.they took the faucet partially apart and just decided it was the faucet. I ended up having to have someone else come out to fix the faucet

I usually call them when our drain gets slow. It isn't usually a problem for them to come out within a day or so, sometimes even the same day.

They were very quick and efficient during the appointment. One technician came right away and were here a short period of time and were able to get the job done. It was a positive experience. Scheduling was very good and I like that all their prices are listed online for me to see.

Called prior to appointment to confirm they were on their way. I had a bathtub clog that needed to be cleared. The young guy that came out was dressed nicely in a very professional looking uniform complete with shoe covers. He had a warm but professional demeanor and only took about 10 minutes to do the job. Everything was put back in order that he needed to do the job and left the area spotless. He checked the second bathroom drain and confirmed it was clear and didn't need any work.

What's not to like? They responded promptly and offered a same day visit. The person who came was very professional and personable. He went right to work and cleared the drain with a power snake. I felt the charge was quite reasonable given the travel time and equipment.

Arrived on time. Cleaned out the slow drain from the washing machine. We had them perform drain cleaning in 2010 and it met our expectations.

On the day of the estimate, ProDrain arrived on time and provided a written estimate a few days later. It should be noted that the estimate was written as a fixed price. In other words, if it took less time than expected, the price would be the same. If it took more as a result of any complications, the price would be more. The effort to use a boring machine to install 1" Pex water line from the water meter to the house took about 3 hours total including tying into the main water line under the house. I had them relocate the water shutoff to a closet from a different location that was less accessible. The solution was installed with no leaks and passed city inspection. The only items/thoughts I have are as follows: 1) Would the price have been less if I had selected a time and materials quote instead? The key here to note is that Prodrain uses specialized machinery that avoids digging up the yard. They are a real timesaver for them and the homeowner and keep the front yard looking much the same as it was at the start of the job. I had not realized that it was a fixed bid. On the flipside, it made the cost predictable. 2) I was not billed for several weeks for the job. (no replies to e-mail inquiries). After awhile, I called the office directly and asked to be billed. It seemed as if I might not have been billed if I had not called. (Being honest, of course I called). Within a week of my call, I received the bill and promptly paid it. I think they may have been a bit overwhelmed with the quantity of business. 3) The team ended up breaking the water main's concrete cover and box. They weren't previously broken. The city ended up questioning that as they found that quite odd, but I was able to have a new one put in by the city for no charge.
