It was good. They were able to unplug it. They were very affordable.

ProDrain was able to schedule someone to come out within a day of my call, even though I wasn't having an emergency. Chris came out and did a great job. He was on time, and although he was friendly, he didn't waste time. He had to go into our mucky crawl space as well as take out a small bit of the bathroom wall in order to reach the leak. There was no mess left behind at all. He showed me the charges, explained everything he had to do, the materials, etc., and made sure it all made sense to me. I've used ProDrain before, and so have my local family. We've all had positive experiences. This was my first time meeting Chris, and I would ask for him again with no hesitation.

They were prompt and quick and thorough. The people that came out were really professional. They left the place pretty clean. There was another part of the house that got dirty but I don't think he knew about it. We've already used them several times.

My drains were plugged up on the morning of July 5. I called at 8:00 AM to schedule an appointment and the soonest they could get to me was late afternoon (understandable after a long holiday weekend). I was given a time-window of 3:00-5:00 PM for the repair, but when 5:00 PM came around and I was still waiting, I called their office. They, in turn, reached the technician and learned that he had just finished a job in SW Portland and I was his next stop (Central Beaverton), so he would be here soon. He finally arrived at 6:05 PM. He went to work right away, got the drains cleared by approximately 7:00 pm and left my bathroom without any new mess to contend with. All in all, I am happy with the service and price, and would definitely hire them again.

Christopher came in and checked all scenarios of my leak. In less than an hour, he found it and gave me some very cheap recommendations to fix the problem

I was a little disappointed that the initially scheduled service had to be rescheduled due to an equipment malfunction. Logically, I know this can happen, but when you have backed up drains, it's unpleasant and difficult to wait. On the rescheduled day, we got a call that the technician would be later than the 2-hour window, but he actually arrived well within the scheduled time. He assessed the situation and went to work. He cleared the main drain line from the house to the sewer and then checked some other drains (from the kitchen to the main drain and from the upstairs bathroom to the main line. He was done in an hour or less and cleaned up after himself.

During our escrow process, the inspection included scoping of the main sewer line, which found a small obstruction that the buyer asked to be identified and cleaned out. We checked out several drain services, but there are few out there who do hydrojetting and scoping, or who travel out to outer SouthEast Portland. The only other company who does that quoted a price twice as high as ProDrain, so that was a factor, too. We contacted ProDrain on a Tuesday late afternoon. Liza in ProDrain's office was very efficient, scheduled Dan to come out Thursday morning. He called to let us know he was on his way and arrived promptly. Dan scoped the drain first to see what the obstruction looked like, then he hydrojetted it, and re-scoped it to be sure it was clean. He was here just about an hour, and provided a video on thumb drive on the spot, with written report to follow. We are very happy with ProDrain and highly recommend them.

Everything was great -- they asked for pictures up front so they could ensure that they'd be able to do the job with the less expensive equipment, showed up on time and did a great job. Would hire again.

When I called to make an appointment, they were able to give me an idea of what the cost might be, which was awesome. They gave me a 2 hour window of when a service person would arrive and he arrived at the very end of that window. But otherwise, he was quick and professional. I had been expecting to also get the pipe scoped to see if it was damaged. There was a tree nearby and I thought perhaps roots had grown in it. The service person didn't see any signs of roots, and did see signs that the pipe was now cleared, so while he'd be willing to scope it, he didn't think it was necessary. He saved me $125. I appreciate his honesty and I'd definitely use this company again.

Excellent end to end service from ProDrain. Quick response to my call and very helpful and friendly in setting up the visit, also explained pricing up front so no surprises. The technician came at the start of the assigned time and worked quickly and efficiently to identify and resolve the problem, all in all very highly recommended

George was thorough, careful, and professional. He worked steadily to resolve all of our issues, which required him to be something of a detective. He uncovered the source of our drainage problems, and then he offered us some reasonable advice about how to proceed in a cost effective way. I believe he has saved us some enormous bills going forward, and we feel hopeful now about being able to correct the problems that had been threatening our foundation. This was money well-spent.

Mario came out on super short notice in terrible driving conditions and quickly and effectively cleared a clogged toilet. We are super appreciative of the great service.

Chris snaked the pipe attached to the laundry facilities, which a different company had done earlier that day, to no avail. He then proceeded to go into the crawl space and snake the pipe under the house. It was hard and dirty work, but Chris did an awesome job! He flushed the pipes throughout the house by turning the faucets on to guarantee the clog was flushed out. He was very professional and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to call Pro Drain again in a heartbeat.

There were some bumps in the beginning but pro drain was accountable and we were treated really really well. Deanna went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied.

The plumber showed up on time, reviewed my expectations, explained the time and materials billing process and estimated how much time it would take. I said "GO" right away. In just 4 hours, my leaks are gone and my plumbing looks and works better than ever.

Dishawn showed up at 3:01 pm (we had a 3:00 to 5:00 pm window). He was courteous and got right to work (using an electric drain cleaner). Twenty minutes later he was finished and the drain is draining beautifully. He even hung around for a few minutes to answer my questions about the condition of our pipes and possible things to look out for. A+ service; will definitely use them again.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again: These guys should wear super-hero costumes! They are the very best at what they do. I called them on Tuesday, and they arrived on Wednesday and fixed the problem in minutes. (they asked first if I needed same-day service.) These are the experts and their rate is modest. CLEARLY A BEST BUY FOR THE WORK AND EXPENSE!!!++

These guys are great. I've called them 3 times, and twice they explained to how to fix the problem myself. The one time I did need them to come out they had a lot of availability - their regular rates are cheaper than other plumbers I've compared, their after hours rates are the same as other regular rates. I highly recommend them

We have used ProDrain a number of times before. They have always done a very good job for us. this time they needed to install new shut off valves, before fixing a leaking faucet that I had tried to DIY on my own, before realizing that the valves were bad. As usual, the technician knew exactly what to do and did it fast and corrected the two problems. He let me watch and explained what he was doing. Next time I may try to DIY any leaky faucet and maybe, even the shut off valves. But, I will call ProDrain for any work beyond my ability. They are reliable and helpful, and fix the problem.

The Technician was prompt, professional, experienced and thorough. The clean-out for the sewer was small and we were afraid that he would need to pull the toilet in order to gain access but he was confident that his equipment would work in the small pipe which it did. The tech completed the scope quickly and efficiently and was great in regards to explaining where the pipes were affected and how to proceed.

Inspector came on time, and looked everywhere for a clean out pipe, but ultimately had to pull and replace a toilet to perform the drain inspection. He wore shoe covers, and worked very cleanly inside the home. He was very efficient with time, and the process was well worth it. The video disclosed that the county portion of the drain connecting to the main drain was root-infested. We can use the video to ask the county to clear this drain.

It went great. He called me back right away and came out that same night. He was in an out in under 20 minutes. It was really fast and did excellent work. Very professional. Our feed to the toilet doesn't shut off completely so when he took it out it was dripping. He noticed that right away and put a glass under it so we didn't have a puddle on the floor. Very attention to detail.

The service man encountered one impediment while snaking the line, but quickly diagnosed and continued. Completed work by noon. On the phone they quoted (for a clogged kitchen drain) an all-inclusive fixed fee of $95; and this is what they charged.
