Description of Work: This is the 2nd time in a month that we have had ProDrain come out. The first time we had a leak under the sink and the second time a leak in a gate valve. Our service man fixed both quickly. He was a very nice person and was very professional as well as personable.

Description of Work: My kitchen sink stopped draining on Thanksgiving Day! Waiting until first thing the next day to start making calls. Pro Drain actually had someone answer the phone on this very busy day on the first call! They scheduled a repair time within 2 hours and arrived on time. They did a thorough review of the situation and also found that my drain seal was leaking. Fixed both within the hour and everything was fine by noon. Was a pleasure to do business with them.

Description of Work: Exterior water drain from down spout: The drain was clogged causing water to escape at the joint between the downspout & drainage tubing. This resulted in excessive water at the corner of my hourse. Shane, the ProDrain expert cleared the tubing. identified the outflow tube, which was buried under dirt and gravel next to my driveway. He was professional, effective, and efficient. He explained the process clearly. Once he cleared the tube successfully, I was concerned that the outflow end could easily clog again because it was low in the dirt. Shane cleared about an inch around the tube so that I could apply an extension to facilitate drainage. He advised me re: what I needed, including several suggestions. I worked w/th the Home Depot advisor, and together we were able to get the pieces I needed to accomplish my goals, which included preventing "critters" from putting pinecones in theextension tube. I would definitely use this company again!!!!

Description of Work: We had a severely clogged toilet. I could not unplug it with the professional snake I own. Following Angie's list recommendation I called Pro Drain, They came out that afternoon, in fact they arrived earlier tan the planned time. The managed to unplug the toilet within 15 minutes. I then asked the plumber what should I do to repair the broken drain cover in the shower. In 5 minutes he popped the old cover and dropped in a replacement that I had bought about two weeks earlier. Finally, he took a look at at he pop up seal on a bathroom sink that was not sealing. In 10 minutes he fixed it! The total charge was still that quoted for the toilet unplugging. In the future, I will call Pro Drain for any of my plumbing repair needs. They were clean, courteous, and professional. I have in all my many years as a home owner found any better service than that given by Pro Drain. I give them an A++ rating.

Description of Work: I needed a kitchen drain serviced. Called ProDrain and they sent Mario out. I already had the drain pipe opened up. When Mario arrived he marched right in and snaked the drain pipe, cleaned up the mess and left. The drain is clear, he put the piping back together and he was gone. Very quick and orderly. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Our sewer lined blocked up, they came out and unclogged it. They also ran a camera down the sewer line and confirmed that the first ten feet needed to replace. The next day one of the owners came out gave us a quote on the repair. A few days later they came out and replaced first ten feet of sewer line. We had previously gotten a quote on the repair and Pro Drain's price was 3x lower than the other quote, and I was much more confident that the work would be done well (which they proved to be true)

Description of Work: Mario came out and unplugged the bar sink. It had been plugged for months. After some difficulty and discussion of some pretty messy ways to get it to break loose it finally did.

Description of Work: I had scheduled another company to clean out a clogged kitchen sink drain, but they needed to reschedule. I could not (well, my wife could not) go without our kitchen sink for another 4 days, so I told the original company that rescheduling would not work. They suggested I call Prodrain. The Prodrain guy came out the same day, went up on the roof and snaked the drain thru the roof vent and solved the problem. He wore little hospital booties inside the house so he wouldnt track in dirt and was quite friendly and professional. He did the work for less than what they quoted on the phone. He even went under the sink and fixed a minor leak for no charge. I asked if he thought I should have the whole drain rooted out all the way to the street. This would have cost an additional $100-200. He said that if snaking out the drain thru the roof vent worked, it wasnt really important to do additional work. I will definitely call them again the next time we need drain cleaning.

Description of Work: I had tried everything to try and clear the drain problem, but it still ran slow and would clog. We spent well over the $54 it cost to have Pro Drain fix the problem. PRO DRAIN is wonderful and I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: For sometime the drain pipe from the washing machine had been overflowing. Then my old washing machine finally conked out - so we moved it out onto the patio. I called Angies List for a referral and called ProDrain. Jim came over the next morning and cleaned lint out of 2 drains. He was here 1 hour. Since I had no washing machine to test it, he said he would come back again if needed. The same day I bought a new washer. It was installed 3 days later & the drain pipe overflowed again. I called Pro Drain and George came over and cleaned it in 1/2 hour. No extra charge. Said he would come back if I had anymore problems.
