He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional in his manner. He answered all our questions and described the equipment he would use and how he would deal with some problem areas. Jim arrived exactly at the beginning of the 30-minute window of time that he gave me. He measured all of the surfaces and priced each section that I wanted cleaned individually. He provided me with good information on how to control moss in our Pacific Northwest climate. Jim completed the entire job within two hours. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. It is clear that he really does love what he does, and I loved the work that he did for me!

Jim actually did the driveway in late June and then was accommodating enough to come back in early August to do the patio area because we were having our deck refinished during the interim and that way he could take care of the debris left over from the deck job. We were very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to use his services again.

Jim Boucher did an absolutely fantastic job with my front and back yards, two decks, and coping area around my swimming pool. He even did more than what I asked for by removing a pile of dirt and yard debris to get to the concrete surface of the yard. The work spread over two days because my backyard is huge. He showed up on time, did the work efficiently, and he did it for a very reasonable cost. He is a very nice person and I enjoyed talking to him about work and family.

Jim did an excellent job on the patio and was careful about the house and surrounding areas. I appreciated the call reminding me of the schedule the day before he came. He was on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up everything very nicely.

He wasn't the cheapest in town, but he was very professional and did a great job. This is an example of "you get what you pay for". I didn't have any of the hassles that you sometimes get from craigslist work etc. I would recommend him.

Jim Boucher simply did an outstanding job! He was able to come quickly and give us an highly competitive estimate for the work we needed done. And he was able to fit us in his rather busy schedule, which I greatly appreciated. Jim's equipment is definitely better than any of the Home Depot power washers some providers may use. His equipment allowed him to complete a rather large job in around 5 hours (previously other providers would take 8 hours). It also wasn't so obnoxiously noisy and the end result is our front and rear patio look great! I highly recommend Jim and will definitely use him again next year!
