Excellent Greg answered all my questions!!

This is a difficult review to write as I do not like to report negativity about anyone. The old water heater disconnection and removal went smoothly. I researched water heaters and found the newest model of Bradford White are energy efficient and need nothing added to them to meet Multnomah County Plumbing Codes. Greg was not going to install the earthquake straps because he said that because there were no earthquake straps on my original water heater I did not need them on my new water heater. He was right as I spoke with a head plumbing inspector with Multnomah County and they told me the same thing. The problem is my home owners insurance agent told me if there are no earthquake straps installed and the water heater does damage to the home the insurance will not pay for the damage. I insisted the earthquake straps be installed. Greg did not have the Multnomah County permit sticker with him, he brought it by my house immediately when I mentioned I was uncomfortable with his installation of my water heater water lines and wanted to have them inspected. I am still not happy with my water heater water line connections. My original water lines were copper and one continuous line, the hot water moved through the lines quickly. Greg installed a short copper line connected to short pex (plastic pipes) and pex fittings (plastic fittings) because of this it takes a lot longer to get hot water. Greg was referred to me by another company that was too busy. When I spoke with him on the phone before he came to my home he said his installation included the price of the water heater, copper water lines, two earthquake straps and a permit sticker. After Greg left I noticed in the process of moving water heaters in and out of my home he made a good size gouge in my newly built wood front porch stairs.

Excellent work. Greg was several days early (I got lucky because someone nearby cancelled and Greg called me to see if 'now' was a good time), diagnosed the issue quickly, and he and his apprentice had the repair done within 30 minutes. Very impressive. They were courteous with everybody at the house, explained the diagnosis and repairs, and even threw in an extra shower head for me since I mentioned my shower was also low pressure and he figured it was just the shower head. Turns out, he was right. I would say Greg is a true professional and has the knowledge/experience you need in a plumber. Way to go guys!

Well. No surprises. We'll use them again.

Greg and his son were always early to our appointments. We were never without water, as the work was done while we were at work during the day. They prepped the first day, and came back to hook everything up the next. They installed a shutoff in the laundry area rather than have it under the house. He was understanding that this was our first home and was very patient and willing to give good advise. His prices were very reasonable and work performed was done right. Because of our demo/remodel of a bathroom, he allowed us to put off some of the work until we were done and then came in and finished the job. Super friendly. He'll be our #1 plumber choice from now on.

Called Greg on a Sunday and he agreed to come out Monday morning. Called 4 other shops and didn't even get a response. Greg showed up Monday morning at 8am and had the new pump installed by noon. Not a fun job but Greg did it without complaining.

Greg has done a variety of services for us, from all the plumbing in an addition to our house, installing a hot water heater (tankless), fixing a leaking bathtub drain and replacing a garbage disposal ... on top of which he is always willing to answer the dumb questions I have when I think I can do something myself. When we called for the garbage disposal, he offered to stop by Home Depot and pick up the new unit for us and didn't charge any additional markup. He's honest, friendly and knows his stuff. I highly recommend Greg the Plumber.

Greg had given me an estimate last year, along with two other companies. Though I wasn't able to do it then, I had the money this year and hired Greg. He had me up and running (pun intended) with new water pressure after two days.

Greg was easy to contact, and we made an appointment for this non-emergency service a few days later. I was able to send him a photo of the existing valve, so he made sure he had the correct part with him. Replacement was quick and easy. Thanks Greg!

They showed up when they said they were going to and fixed the exposed pipe that was leaking.

Service was prompt and very quickly completed. Had all the right parts. We use him on a regular basis for all plumbing needs.

Greg solved a major blockage in our kitchen drain - the pipes were full of grease and sludge - normal snaking did not do the trick. Fortunately, he owns a high pressure jetter; even with the high pressure flush, he had to make 5 or 6 passes through the pipe to clear everything. We loved his friendly and thorough service. He was able to fit us in on the Saturday before Christmas and arrived only 90 minutes after our call.

I call Greg at about 10:30AM and he was at the house by noon. He was fast and had the repair completed within the hour. Greg is a personable and professional plumber. In my book, a hero for correcting a problem that could have been a diaster. He is my "go to guy" now if I ever have another plumbing issue.

I called that morning and Greg showed up at my house within an hour - wow! My water pressure was fixed, he was professional and gave me options. I would definitely recommend them and/or use them again!

He is just great. He does great work, at a good price. If you do not have a problem, he doesn't find a problem. He is honest, and everyone I have refereed him to has loved him.

They're my go to plumbers. Greg is the owner, he usually does our work, he is always professional, upfront about the costs, is always prepared, offers a variety of solutions, and is really a pro.

We've had Greg do minor jobs (clear drain, install garbage disposal, repair water heater) and major ones (plumb a new bathroom, install a whirlpool bath tub) over the past 3 years. He and his assistants have been consistenly professional, on time, informative, and accurate on the time to do the job and the cost. He may be a tad more expensive, but Premier is very, very good and they come prepared to do the job. We highly recommend them.

Everything is working great. In the future he also said he could get us a better price on materials instead of us purchasing them.

He came out the same day I called so the service time was excellent. Fixed the toilet in about 10 minutes. I was charged for a full hour.

Called Premier Plumbing because of favorable reports on Angie's List. Greg returned my call and made an appointment. He did not show up for the appointment or call even though he had both my home and cell phone number. I called Premier Plumbing and left a message giving them a chance that there may have been a misunderstanding as to the date but no one ever returned my call. Quite disappointing given the positive reports on Angie's List.

Greg was on time, very polite, and seems to be reasonably priced.

Greg was very knowledgeable and prompt. He make it his concern to get us water as quick as possible. His workers cleaned up and left no sign that a new pipe had been put in.

Very fast response, about 3 hours. Good work, had the parts that were needed. Greg took measurements before trying to install the toilet, realized it wouldn't quite fit, called warehouse and arranged for immediate exchange. I picked it up and he returned about 4 hours later to complete the work. He said to call him in about a week to come back and caulk the toilet, after we were sure that there are no leaks. Only two small complaints: He was a little high for just over an hours work, but as he had to make a return call, I didn't mind. He didn't take the packing materials for the toilet with him.
