Dave and his team provided clear and professional communication from initial quote to finish (move-out clean). The day of the clean, we started with a walk through to further clarify my cleaning needs/wants to the cleaning team (4 hardworking cleaners!). My house had a lot of carpeted areas, and I was very pleased they also offered carpet shampooing/cleaning (not just vacuuming). I highly recommend this company, the quality of work was excellent, and the house looked & smelled amazing afterwards!!

I hired them for moving the large frames of furniture to an upstairs apartment, as well as junking furniture. They only took exactly what junk I requested, without confusion, but they were a bit hasty with the furniture. One of my antiques was chipped and all of the other furniture took a beating as well. I have sturdy, worn-out furniture already, so I didnt make a big fuss, but they were careful with the antique after I asked them it was special. They worked fast, they were very sweet, and the price was really good for what they got done. The team communicated well both together and with me. I'm pretty satisfied!

Dave called almost immediately after I submitted a request. Great personality. Was very accommodating & professional. Followed up immediately after our project was completed. Workers were very respectful and efficient. Will definitely keep Huâ s information handy for future projects. Highly recommend!

Incredible communication, service and professionalism. Iâ m a disabled veteran and sometimes have heavy anxiety, especially with someone in my home but they were so kind and respectful. I never once felt concerned or anxious. Will be a customer for a long time ;)

The crew of Preferred Janitorial Services did an awesome job cleaning our metal roof and driveway! They were fast and efficient and were extremely careful with moving plants and yard furniture so they wouldn't get wet and dirty. Great to know they offer many other home improvement services as well... will definitely use again!

Very friendly and professional customer service. Great price for multiple types of services. Quick, efficient and were gracious enough to build an additional new window screen when the old one that they replaced actually didn't fit right (my error, not theirs). Will use them again in the future!

Dave was easy to work with, communicating with him was professional and prompt, and scheduling a pickup was a breeze. However, he missed our scheduled pickup on day one, but we rescheduled and he arrived and picked up our items within his preferred time window on day two. Would I use his services again? Absolutely. In fact, I will be recommending him to others with no reservations. Overall, I rate him 5 stars.
