Description of Work: My computer had slowed down dramatically and I had a new printer that I needed help installing. The technician Chris, "cleaned" my hard drive, explained what I had done to create the situation and how to avoid doing it again. He installed the printer and showed me how to use it and organized the "spaghetti bowl" of cords in my computer setup.

+ -1 moreMY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH PORTLAND PC WAS GREAT. I CALLED IN, THEY SENT SOMEONE OUT TO MY HOUSE TO FIX MY COMPUTER THE NEXT DAY. HAVING SOMEONE COME OUT TO THE HOUSE WAS FANTASTIC, IT IS SUCH A HASSLE TO BRING A COMPUTER IN. THE TECHNICIAN HAD MY COMPUTER FIXED AND RUNNING WITHIN A COUPLE HOURS.
Description of Work: MY LAP TOP COMPUTER CRASHED. I NEEDED IMMEDIATE REPAIR AS I USE THE COMPUTER FOR WORK. TECHNICIAN WENT THROUGH THE COMPUTER, FIXED PROBLEMS AND INSTALLED ADDITIONAL ADD-WARE PROGRAMS.

+ -1 moreI WAS HAVING A LOT OF TROUBLES WITH MY COMPUTER WITH SPY WARE AND IT WAS REALLY SLOWING MY SYSTEM DOWN. I DIDN'T WANT TO GO INTO MY SYSTEM AND JUST START DELETING BECAUSE I WAS AFRAID THAT I WOULD MAKE THE PROBLEMS WORSE. PORTLAND PC RESTORED MY COMPUTER TO AS FAST AS IT WAS BRAND NEW. THEY EXPLAINED HOW TO KEEP IT CLEAN AND MADE SEVERAL REALLY GOOD SUGGESTIONS.
Description of Work: PORTLAND PC CONTRACTORS TROUBLESHOOTED MY COMPUTER AND DELETED UNUSED FILES TO SPEED IT UP.
