I had been calling many places with no luck. Many would not repair copiers because "it is not worth it." Others put such a high price on just coming by that is was obvious they didn't want to do the work. When I talked to Steve he said he not might be able to repair it, also. But he did and it works beautifully. I could put a A+ on all the categories.

I contacted Steve who kindly made special arrangements to take a look at my HP Printer. Unfortunately, there was nothing that could be done to repair it. Steve took great pains to check the printer thoroughly and to clean it up as best as he could. Steve gets kudos for being professional, knowledgeable, personable and reasonably priced. I would use his service again and recommend him to friends.

Perfect performance! Steve gave me an appointment within a few days and told me his hourly rate. He came on time, checking by phone on the way to be sure of the location of my house. After walking through snow to my porch, he carefully wiped his shoes before entering. He understood the problem, showed me all the causes, replaced worn parts, cleaned the entire mechanism, and all the while explained to me exactly what he was doing and why. He also gave me advice on a future replacement of this and another printer I have, and even gave me a good price on the new parts he had with him in the case he carried. He told me where I might go to buy replacement ink cartridges for much less than I have been paying. When he finished he did test runs. He cleaned up the work area on my desk. And when he was leaving he offered to shovel the snow off my walk!
