Description of Work: I bought the special deal through Angie's List of $99. I just bought an old house and need the gas fireplace checked out. I called to schedule the first appt. The man picked a date that would not work for me. He said he would call me back. I waited 1 week and called Phil's back. There was no answer so I left a message, with my phone number. I asked if they would please call me back and even suggested a date. After another week, no response. This past Thursday 12/18, I called back and spoke to a gentleman. I explained that if they were not going to be able to schedule a time with me I want my money back. The conversation was a bit odd. The man laughed several times and then apologized. He said someone would call me back right away. Not sure why he couldn't set up the schedule??? As of today, no response. I will pursue to get my money back and I dint think I will ever buy a special deal again.

Description of Work: Inspected, cleaned and serviced our gas fireplace. Phil and his assistant used great care to cover the floors, disassemble the fireplace, service and clean the glass to a SPOTLESS sparkle. They were very professional and between the two if them, had the work completed in no time!! I would use them again, and highly reccomend them to anyone. Top notch.
