Very well. He was done very fast and provided excellent information about care for our hot tub. He had no problem with me watching him work and showed me exactly where the problem was.
Description of Work: Find and repair a water leak in hot tub. Turned out to be a pump housing. The whole pump unit has to be replaced.

It went extremely well. There were no problems, and the service technician explained how to start the chemicals and how to keep the tub clean with the new system, since it's slightly different than before. The technician was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions.

It went very, very well. The spa is great, and the installation & follow-up has been exceptional. They have consistently made calls to keep us informed of pending service, and to assess our customer satisfaction. I am very pleased with Oregon Hot Tub services.

Repair took about 8 weeks and something broke around the time it came back (again by crane) They charged us $400 for a $100 part. Now after 5 years and the end of the warranty, it's leaking again.
Description of Work: After one year our hot tub began leaking. The tech. could not fix it on site so we had to hire a crane to remove it for repair. All the expenses including staging, removal and hauling was not covered except for a nominal amt.

The repairman, Matthew, arrived when expected, explained the problem and was very professional. Grade: Price: A. I did an Internet search for the circulation pump and couldn't find mine any less than $231. OR, Hotsprings price for the pump was $160 ($92 for call and labor) Quality: A - everything was clean, tub cover and deck was back in place even though I left it open for them Responsiveness: A - I played a little phone tag with the manager/scheduler (Ed) but he left detailed messages and returned calls promptly. Punctuality: A - right on time. Professionalism: A.
Description of Work: Power light blinking and SPA not operational. Replace broken circulation pump.
