I read the reviews and thought this would be great. Olga said for my 1900 sq foot house $125 that was including the 20% discount. We agreed. I was at work when they came. My husband said several women came in looked around for a bit and went to work on the 3 showers which looked great and dusted 6 blinds and said their 4 hrs were up after 40 mins. My husband paid them not knowing any different and away they went. When I contacted her to tell her I. Was disappointed in the amount of work that was done she said my husband agreed and she did her best had to scrub the shower drain catcher. Really?

Olga and her team came by to do move out cleaning on my very dirty condominium rental. They were fast, efficient, thorough (moving appliances, dusting hard to reach surfaces, etc). This is the kind of service you hope for when you look for housecleaning. Also punctual and friendly, keeping me apprised of arrival time. Definitely recommend.

We have used Olga's Quality Cleaning Service for the past two months on a regular basis and highly recommend her company and services. Prior to first cleaning, Olga visited our home for a discussion of what services we wanted performed, specific needs and cleaning supplies, and rates. She is very professional, trustworthy and thorough in her work. Her crew works very hard and does an amazing job! Our home feels so fresh and clean each time they are here. Olga cleans along with her team and has been present at each cleaning. She is flexible and willing adjust the cleaning areas in our home as needed. She is punctual and has always sent me a text or email if she is going to be more than 5 minutes late, which is quite rare. Her company charges by the hour, which is different than what we have experienced with other companies, but we have found her to be very fair and her rates very reasonable. I needed to find a house cleaner to clean the interior of my employer's mother's home after the carpenters, carpet layers and painters had completed the renovations. The home was to be sold because the father had died and the mother could no longer live at home. Olga was the only business I called off of Angie's List that was interested in a one time job and we needed the work done that week. Olga broke her neck to accommodate us. She met with my employer at the home to review what needed to be done, then came back that week on the day and time agreed to with her crew and did a beautiful job. The home needed a good deep cleaning, as the home had not been cleaned in several months. It sparkled by the time Olga's was finished. We would use her again in a heartbeat. She was excellant. Our realtor was so impressed he asked for Olga's business card. Olga runs a very professional business and we recommend her without reservations.

Olga and her team did an excellent job today with our place! She was able to fit us in with relatively short notice too. My place is now looking great and I'm VERY pleased with the work they did. They're very friendly and professional and asked me for permission to move some things so they could clean around them. I told them go ahead, I can always put things back the way they were, but they ended up arranging things like the various random items on my bathroom sinks and kitchen counters in such a neat and tidy way, I had to leave it that way! I look forward to using their services again in the future.

Olga and her crew cleaned my home for a one hour maintenance cleaning. Olga confirmed date and time of cleaning via text message which I find helpful. She arrived with her crew of 3-4 other women and they promptly got to work. Cleaned kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, floors and more - all very well done. We will recommend them to other people looking for house cleaners.

The ladies are organized, detail oriented, and fast. They are accommodating both to my husband and I (allergies, etc?) and our dog. Walking in the door after they have cleaned the house is amazing! I would definitely recommend they to friends and neighbors! Team Olga ROCKS!!!

We are extremely satisfied with the team and the quality job they do. Last week as the team left I saw Olga checking a thin tile ledge in the bathroom by running her fingers along it and checking for dirt or dust. Olga was able to clean our home when a previous option fell through within 24 hours of our request. We moved out of a home that was traumatized by our 3 small children and made it look just as beautiful as it did when we moved in! Her team was very professional and Olga explained every detail and was done within 2 1/2 hours of starting the job with her 3 assistants! Very pleased-if she didn't live so far away from our new home, I would have no problem taking advantage of her services at our new home!

Olga and her team did an initial house cleaning that was very thorough. They were amazing! The four of them came through like a tornado (in a good sense) and in a couple hours we had the cleanest house we've ever had! They scrubbed bathrooms top to bottom, kitchen counters, appliances, wiped down cabinets, washed all hardwood and tile floors, vacuumed drapes(!) and all carpeted floors, dusted and even washed windows above the sink and high-traffic kitchen sliding doors. The team is extremely well organized and work well together. They are very pleasant but get right down to business. They bring their own equipment and supplies (unless we want them to use something different). We intend to have them continue on a monthly basis but it won't have to be so thorough to maintain now. They've been back once since the initial cleaning and spent about an hour which sufficiently cleaned what needed to be done. Again, a terrific job.

I contacted Olga a few weeks prior to the cleaning in order to get an estimate. She came out to our house the next day and had me show her the rooms I wanted cleaned; we also discussed what she would do, approximately how long it would take, and how much it would cost. I appreciated that she took the time to see our house before giving us the estimate--I felt that it would be more accurate. I also liked her demeanor, which was very open, honest, and business-like. I called Olga a couple of weeks later and asked to set up a time for the cleaning. I asked if she could come out on a Saturday, since I wanted to be able to do the post-cleaning walk-through that she suggested. She was able to schedule us in a few days later. Olga and two employees arrived on time and got to work. They started in the daylight basement and then proceeded to clean the main floor. It took them about 3 1/2 hours to finish. They worked hard, and cleaned a lot of things that had been neglected: they dusted blinds (which we have on most of our windows); wiped down the baseboards that run throughout the house; made the shower in our master bath sparkle like it hasn't since we bought the place 7 years ago; got the stains off the stovetop; cleaned the tracks on the window frames; dusted leather furniture and vacuumed fabric sofas...the overall effect was that of freshness and light. When they had finished, Olga asked me to take a look at everything and let her know if there was something they had missed. Everything looked great, and I was very happy to pay her the price that she had originally quoted me. The real test was the following morning when the sunlight streamed in through the windows; instead of bemoaning the fact that the sun was highlighting the dust bunnies under hiding in the corners, I enjoyed the fact that all the little bunnies had been vacuumed up by Olga and her crew the day before. No dust! No cobwebs! Just a fresh, clean home.

Olga, a bright and competent woman, comes with a team of three other women. They bring their own equipment and supplies. They go to work immediately, and the four finish my 2400 sq. fit. house in less than two hours. They're pleasant, reliable, business-like, and competent. There's no drama, no personal stories, no need for personal attention -- just good work. I'm a touch concerned with the price, which is a bit higher than I am used to paying a single cleaner or even a team, but I'm so happy with the work and the professionalism that I'm willing to pay it. Besides, I haven't had a cleaner for several years, and prices have probably gone up. AND there are four of them. This is overall the best experience I've had with hiring a household cleaning service.

THEY WERE VERY THOROUGH, CLEANED INSIDE OF KITCHEN WINDOWS, FRONT OF APPLIANCES, TOPS OF CEILING FANS, GROOVES IN SHOWER SLIDE, TILE AROUND BOTTOM OF TOILETS, WINDOW SILLS, DUSTED TOPS AND FRONTS OF PRETTY ORNATE FURNITURE, GLASS TOP OF COFFEE TABLE, SHOWER DOORS, GLASS COUNTER PROTECTORS ON KITCHEN COUNTERS, OF COURSE, LAMINATE, TILE, AND VINYL FLOORS AND ALL BASIC CLEANING ................................ I probably forgot everything They clean every two weeks and they are very consistent. With one exception, which we arranged ahead of time, they come right on time which we appreciate so much. We have dogs so their hair adds to the cleaning up

Our house is so clean! Olga responded quickly to my initial request for an estimate, came out the next day to size up the job, and was back a day later with her crew to get started. They crew got right to work and did a great job of cleaning the whole house, particularly all the places that I don't get around to cleaning myself. The stove top and shower (particular problem areas for us) are the cleanest they've been since we moved into the house years ago, and we were very pleased overall with the work they did and the price. We will be scheduling regular cleaning with them in the future.

We had a guest from Europe arriving in 2 days when I injured my foot. I couldn't give the house the deep cleaning it desperately needed and called a number of services. Olga promptly returned my call and wanted to help me somehow even though her schedule was full. She stayed in close contact with me and promised she would find a way to do it. She and her team actually came that Friday night and worked quickly through 8pm to make sure the house was ready for our guest. It was like an efficient team of commando cleaners arrived at my door, waved the magic wand, and left me with a deep-cleaned, sparkling house. I have used her service again and she did a beautiful job. We now hire her twice a month. I takes so much pressure off of me and I can truly enjoy my home.

This is by far the best cleaning service I have ever used. Olga and her team were extremely conscientous and efficient. The were organized, starting at the top floor and working their way down. They were able to accommodate our schedule and work around us as needed. I highly recommend her for a cleaning sevice; and will be using her on a regular basis.

Olga Quality Cleaning Service cleans our home beautifully every other week. From vacuuming to cleaning the bathroom and floors, Olga and her employees clean from top to bottom. Her company does a wonderful job and is very efficient and punctual. She provides all her own cleaning equipment and is licensed, insured and bonded. I would recommend her to my family and friends.

Olga and her crew were great! They did a very thorough job of cleaning every inch of dirt out of our house! Bathrooms and kitchen sparkled like brand new. They were able to deep clean things that I didn't know could get that clean. No surface was left untouched and they worked quickly and efficiently. They arrived on time and started immediately. Unlike our previous cleaning service, the ladies worked hard and fast with very little conversation to distract them. We have an old very long haired white Persian cat that leaves hair everywhere. When the ladies left, no hair could be seen. The women scrubbed from ceiling to floor. I hired Olga and her team to clean our house bi-weekly. We have a big house with lots of nooks and crannies, and they do a great job. The cleaning is very thorough! Our hardwood floors look beautiful when they are done. I also like the little touches they provide, like straightening our towels and folding the toilet paper roll. It might sound silly, but that's the attention to detail that I appreciate. It is easy to communicate with Olga and very easy to work with her. I have used several cleaning services in the past and discontinued with them because the quality was lacking. I am not an easy person to please when it comes to housecleaning, and I can honestly say that I am very happy with Olga and her team.

Olga and her crew whipped our house into shape in just a couple of hours. They did an amazing amount of work, cleaned just about every corner. The stove hasn't looked this good since it was brand new. Light fixtures got dusted, books got dusted. They were a little late but made up for it by working at record speed - but not taking shortcuts. This was our first time with Olga, but I hope we'll be having her back.

The crew turned up on time, worked feverishly for the duration and left the house sparkling! We're bound to call them again soon.
