Olga's Quality Cleaning Service

Olga and her troop of 4 cleaners were awesome. They arrived on time, were full of energy and began working immediately. The entire cleaning process was well planned and everyone knew what to do. They vacuumed, scrubbed floors, cleaned absolutely everything in the kitchen and bathrooms, cleaned the baseboards, cleaned the blinds, cleaned the walls where needed and dusted everything and more. Within about 3.5 hrs they were completely done. They also do windows and complete wall cleaning. We are so happy we found Olga - we now have a great cleaning service! The fee was very reasonable for everything they did and totally worth it!

I have been looking for a responsive house cleaning service that actually cared about their work. I've tried some of the bigger cleaning companies in Portland, but they would send a couple people who did a light dusting and would likely not be the same people that came back the next time I needed a cleaning. Olga, however, is responsive, and she is part of the cleaning team. They were thorough, careful, and professional. The house looked and smelled great afterward. They did a deep clean, and I plan on using them as a monthly service as well.

Olga is great to work with and is extremely flexible. In fact, the first time she came over, I was out of town unexpectedly, and she worked with my mother like a pro. I came home to a clean house and decided then that I would have her clean twice per month. Bonus: you can text her to schedule.? If you haven't read the other reviews, they are FAST and that is such a plus for me! I work from home the days that they clean and it's always a little difficult having people in your space. Olga's team is fabulous, flexible, and their vacuum cleaner is quiet so I don't have to get off the phone when they are nearby.? The quality of their work is great and I love the little extras that they do. I'd absolutely recommend them.

I use Olga and her crew every other week to clean my 1200 sq ft house in SW Portland. They are very dependable, and they do a great job for the price point. Exactly what I was looking for in a house cleaner. They perform the basic tasks, full kitchen / bathroom cleaning, sweeping and mopping the floors, vacuuming, etc. They get the job done super fast because they usually bring a crew of 3-4. They are all always very courteous. I guess the only note I would have for future clients is that they don't necessarily do what I would consider to be a "deep" cleaning (at least for that price point, if you asked I'm sure Olga would provide a fair estimate for that type of service). So like if you're the type that's going to check for dust in every nook and cranny then you might be disappointed. I'm not neccesaily like that, I use a cleaning service primarily for peice of mind. So for the price point I feel like they do a pretty good job.

I attempted to get a hold of Olga to schedule house cleaning service. I left three messages and did not receive a call back. I have had Olga clean in the past with spectacular results and was sorry I could not reach her.

Olga showed up with her team and they went right to work. It was obvious that they knew what they were doing and went right to work. I saw how hard they worked but it was clear they enjoyed their work, I heard occasional laughter which made me feel good., although I stayed out of their way and did work of my own while they were there. It is amazing how quickly they can clean a house! Olga really cares about her customers and her people. I have been having her come about once a month and it is sooo nice to have a clean house. I would definitely recommend her.

Olga and her team of 6 went right to work. They are well trained and each person went right to work doing their jobs. I am happy with the work they do and my house shines! They are even able to make the smooth top of my stove look new. I thought it was permanently scratched and no matter what I did I could not make the large front burner look good. These workers are not cheap but they do a fabulous job. I am trying to have her over here about once a month. There are just my husband, me and our adult son living here for now and it feels so good to have a clean house.

Best cleaning service I've ever had.

I rarely do reviews, but was quite annoyed by the conversation I just had. I called the number for Olga's Quality Cleaning Service and tried to schedule a deep clean with the coupon that is on Angie's List "20% off first deep cleans for ALL Angie's List Members". Told her I was located in Beaverton and would like to schedule a deep clean with the coupon whenever they are available. She told me that the 20% off does not apply to people in Beaverton and expired in February. I told her it was on Angie's list. She just repeated herself and then asked if I'd still like to schedule. Very unprofessional. Told her she might want to go to Angie's list and update her information.

My house was a mess, I had been laid up since October with a broken leg. My husband was trying to do it all, but really hard to keep up and take care of me too. I am so very happy about the cleaning, can't say enough good things

Olga is very professional about her business. The team does an excellent job. I can tell the second I walk in the house that Olga was there - it looks and smells lovely. Highly recommended.

Olga and her staff alwasy come when they say they are going to. They do a very good job cleaning, are very respnisble and trustworth. Thyeydo all the things I hate doing. I love coming home to a clean house.

Olga and her crew arrived on time as usual, and did a fantastic job cleaning and dusting. She and her crew, which varies in number, are cheerful and thorough. They are trustworthy as well, something I value highly. And they are also reliable. I am happy to recommend her and only wish I had found her long before I did!

Olga responded to my call after business hours and was able to schedule me in the limited time frame I had available. She was easy to communicate with, and arrived on time. We did a walk through of the house and I pointed out what I wanted done. She and her team of three ladies were fast, efficient, and did a great job. They were completely self-contained, and provided all the cleaning supplies. They were professional, and courteous, and took care of business! I would definitely recommend Olga. The matching t-shirts were a nice touch!

Olga and her team arrived on time and started immediately. There was a team of 5. Each person clearly had specific tasks that they performed and they got right to it. They did a deep clean, cleaning blinds, window tracks, sills, washing windows, cleaning kitchen and bathroom drawers inside, outside cabinetry and counters. Bathrooms scrubbed top to bottom. All floors which varied from wood, porcelain and carpet were cleaned. The upstairs bedrooms each have dormers and the future renters asked that they cleaned in there so they vacuumed and mopped dormer areas. They did such a great job I'm going to have them come and clean my house.

They are fantastic. They are efficient and prompt. I feel like a group of angels has descended onto my home when they come in and clean. They do a wonderful job. They are responsive as well. They will be doing an extra cleaning for me before guests come to my home.

Olga and her team of 4 others showed up and went right to work. I am having family visiting and needed to get my house clean. WOW!!! They did a fabulous job! Everything is so clean, it almost seemed like having a new house. All of her people knew exactly what to do and went about it with amazing precision. My house is over 3,000 sq. feet and is a chore to clean but now it looks great. I would recommend them without any hesitation. They were friendly, honest and VERY hard working. Thanks Olga! We have had Olga and her crew clean our home 2 more times. We are very happy with her and will be using her again in the future.

Olga and her crew were such a blessing to me. We own a townhouse that renters had just vacated and I was busy cleaning the house from top to bottom to get it ready to go on the market. Two days in I knew I needed some help on some of them items that would just take me WAY too long. I called Olga in desperation, looking for help on a very specific date and time frame (only 2 days from the time of my call!), and by some miracle she was able to accommodate me. She asked me for a list of everything I wanted help with in advance (cleaning all of the blinds and windowsills, cleaning a glass door shower, and cleaning the oven and stovetop) and estimated the time needed. Her crew of 4 arrived and got right to work. They were SO diligent, working at such a fast (yet detailed) pace?it actually helped speed me along as well! They completed the work in exactly one hour, and the cost was so worth it?those things would have taken slow-moving OCD me a full day!! Olga had me check the work when they were finished and all looked wonderful (and I am **very** picky about cleaning). Definitely money well spent!

Of the three quotes I received, Olga was the most receptive to our needs and listened to what are primary concerns and needs were. We started with Olga and her team a couple of months ago and have been very pleased. The work quickly and do a great job. We have a new home and wanted to keep it clean and not let the pesky "out of the way things" build up (blinds, baseboards, window sills, etc.). If there is something that needs special attention, Olga listens and makes sure it gets done correctly. I would highly recommend giving Olga a call if you are wanting to save some time and effort with keeping your home clean!

I have had Olga and her team deep clean, once, and monthly clean my home, twice. I now have her on a monthly schedule. She and her 3-4 person team thoroughly clean floors, 3 1/2 bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining rooms, stairs, utility room, tv room, etc. Since I am home when they do the cleaning, I have seen them work and have been impressed by how thoroughly and efficiently they clean and at the same time, they are careful with our furniture, and belongings. For example, even during the regular cleaning days, her team members wiped down the wood blinds and cupboards in the kitchen! By the time they are done, the floors are washed, wiped, vacuumed and dusted. The stove top and counters shine and furniture (a lot of wood pieces), dusted. Bathrooms sparkle. While I have a crazy schedule, this summer, that required several changes to our regular schedule, Olga has worked with me to find convenient time to clean. In fact, she is always pleasant and has a good sense of humor and is a pleasure to work with. I have had many housekeepers over the years, and Olga and her team is the best.

They did an excellent job. I think about 3 people came out for the service with their own supplies. I thought the pricing would be too high for me to continue the service regularly, however. I had no issues with scheduling and the staff showed up on time. I would certainly recommend this company in terms of their service.
