Amazing! Olga and her crew do great work, and are great people as well. We always love coming home after they’ve been through, everything always looks so great!

We have been using Olga’s Quality Cleaning Service for a couple of years now. Olga is a good communicator with a reliable team that is always on time, trustworthy, and thorough. We get a very fair price for a good service and I would recommend Olga to any of my friends and family.

We have a big house (6000 sq. ft.) — thorough cleaning is a huge job. When we moved here almost five years ago we tried several services, including Olga’s. At first, having Olga arrive with her team of assistants was a little discomforting so we tried a few other services but none did as good a job as Olga’s. Now we have her come on about a 3 week interval, and with a crew of 4 or 5 the house is cleaned in less than a couple hours. She often works with our schedule, particularly around the holidays. It would be hard to find another crew as thorough.

Olga and her team did a wonderful job! Olga came over beforehand and we discussed what was needed and I appreciated her patient and friendly manner. On the day of the cleaning, she even came over before the team started cleaning and started my oven cleaning early so that the cleaner would have more time to work. Our home looks great (our kitchen appliances look new) and I would definitely hire her and her team again.

That was great. I pay for bi-weekly service, every other week. It was perfect! They were so trustworthy, reliable, good communication. They did a great job cleaning the house. She always brought a crew, so they were done quickly. There were three or four people, sometimes five people and they would be done in 45 minutes or an hour and it was awesome.

She is awesome. She brings in a team of 5 or 6 people and its amazing. They were standing on my doorstep like one minute before ready to knock on the door.

Not well. The cleaning was good, but I had an issue with her quote for the service and then an abrupt change and additional charges were stated after she had quoted me a price for the entire house cleaning. I mentioned that I had some rooms upstairs that were not used regularly, so those rooms would only need occasional cleaning. We agreed that I would notify in advance when I needed the rooms cleaned. When requesting a cleaning of the rooms after having guests, I was told that I would have to pay additionally for cleaning these rooms. During our initial meeting, Olga did not state that cleaning those rooms would require additional charges. She says she did. So, I feel it was a bait and switch and have discontinued her services. She did a good job with the one cleaning she did provide, but I don't wish to be mislead and surprised by additional costs when there had been an agreed upon price. If you choose to work with this individual, I suggest you get your quote in writing and have her sign the quote so there are no issues with costs down the road. I will do this whenever I engage a cleaning service, so there cannot be issues like this going forward. I don't feel confident using this provider with the lack of professionalism demonstrated regarding the quoted price and then additional charges are required to provide service which was in the original agreed upon quote. I did not get the quote in writing, so lesson learned.

On the day I called Olga about cleaning our house, she showed up within hours to give us an estimate. We accepted her price and scheduled the first service for October 17th. Olga and 5 people showed up on the appointed day and time and performed the cleaning exceptionally great. We had no complaints on any of the cleaning performed and we are now a regular customer of her cleaning service every 2 weeks. On October 31st Olga came with 4 people and completed the cleaning in a little over 1 hour. Again the cleaning was exceptional.

Great work, the ladies showed up on time and cleaned my house very well. I am very happy with the work they did. My house looks and smells great!

Olga made an appointment to see my house and then cancelled by email. When I wrote to her to set a new time, she said she had a car accident so that was why she had to cancel. I wrote to her three more times, to see how she was, to see if I should select someone else, to set a new time, and she never responded. I finally called and learned she couldn't clean my house. She made no effort to contact me and let me know the outcome so I could look elsewhere.

I used Olga for three years and am stopping only because I am moving away. The cleaning is excellent and Olga and her crew are all upbeat, cheerful women who work hard to do a thorough cleaning. Were I staying I would continue using her.

Our house was immaculate. Perfect. They worked quickly and are the best I've ever seen. Extremely reliable.

She was on time and her crew wasted no time getting down to business. Having someone else clean my house was a bit emotional but she comforted me and put me at ease. Her team was very friendly and courteous.
