Olga was very polite and professional. She first came out and provided the bid. She was on time on the day I needed to cleaning. I had relatives coming in and I needed the cleaning to occur on two days. I was there working with them. THEY WORK HARD. They were up on the counters and thoroughly cleaning everything. They got to spaces I could have cleaned. The blinds which had not been cleaned in decades looked brand new.The walls and wood work which needed intensive cleaning, shined when they were complete.They used ladders to get all of the ceiling and light fixtures. This was not a small or easy job. I was very impressed. They have a good sense of order and I gave them free reign to also help with some of the organizing.. Again they have a good eye for this. They are not the least expensive but the intensity and quality of their work was outstanding. They were worth every cent. Very nice staff. Professional and polite. And the work ethic and quality of the work was amazing. They could certainly be renamed, Olga's Transformational Team.. They transformed my house. Thanks Olga.

We just had our third visit this week and we're very happy with the results. The bathtub sparkles like it hasn't in years. Olga is really good about calling ahead to let us know her approximate arrival time.

We never had cleaners before but, we had an emergency with visitors coming in town that night. So I called Olga and she fit us in at the end of the day. She did a great job and told me to just sit and relax.

Olga and her team of two arrived, and right away Olga asked me what needed to be done while setting her colleagues to work. Once they had a place to start, Olga and I walked through the house going over details of what needed to be done. The three of them were like cleaning ninjas, working quickly and efficiently, but very thoroughly to clean every surface in my home. They arranged things beautifully after cleaning underneath items. Their vacumn gave my carpet new life, and the shower enclosure gleamed as if it were brand new. I was very pleased with the quality and efficiency of their work.

I found Olga in the Oregonian Service Guide. Called and made an appointment. She came and gave an estimate, I hired her team. They came on time and worked quickly and thoroughly cleaned my home.

Olga arrived on time with two assistants. They worked three hours and cleaned inside windows, cabinet surfaces, cobwebs, mirrors, vacuumed and washed floors and thoroughly cleaned three bathrooms. The gas stove cook-top was shining when they left.

Olga and her team are very professional. They are very quickly and get the job done !

They arrived onn time, even a little early, started right in and did a great job! They worked hard the whole 3.5 hours they were here and did everything I asked of them. They were friendly and polite, effecient and hard working.

Today Olga and here girls came to my house to do some deep cleaning on my house. Her and her team of girls did a amazing job cleaning my house, I cant believe how nice my house looked after these girls came in. There really friendly and nice and hard workers. I'm glad my friend told me about olga's quality cleaning services. Always kind and respectfull. I would highly reconmend her team of girls. Good Job:)

I called Olga with Angie's list contact phone number on 7/16/12. I briefly talked to here over phone on cleaning needs. I asked her, when she can come over, look at it and give me an estimate. Initially, she said she was very busy. Then, after some pause, she asked me whether I would be able to meet her the same day evening 6pm. I said OK. I was at my home at 6pm. She came few minutes late and said she was stuck in traffic. I opened the house and walked with her. She asked me various questions regarding, what areas need to be cleaned and how much cleaning is needed. My house is empty as I have moved out last month. She said it makes job easy to do the cleaning in a empty house. I showed her various areas that needs attention and told her the areas whether I don't want her to clean ( e.g., fridge, washer/dryer as I was planning to buy new one). Living room tile floor had some black marks. She said she would try clean. If it does not come up, she asked whether she can use some strong chemical to clean. I said ok. I told her no need to do any carpet cleaning. She said that is not a problem, she would simply vacuum it. I said ok. She said, she would bring two more ladies with her and would charge $40/hour per person. I asked her how long it would take. She said, it would take ~4 hours. It looked little expensive to me. I asked her when she can come and do the work. She said she was busy the next day. I was planning to do carpet cleaning next day evening. So, she suggested that she would prefer to do the house cleaning before carpet cleaning. I agreed. She said, she could come next day early morning and complete the house cleaning work. I told her to call me 30min before they complete the work next day, so that I can come from work and look at it. I gave the house key to her. She came in around 6:30am with 2 more ladies and all three of them started the work. I did not go inside the house, but I say them working when I drove by around 6:30am. She called around 10:30am and told me that they were almost wrapping up the work. I went in around 10:45am. At that time, they were finishing up downstairs floor cleaning. She showed me around everywhere ( bath rooms, sinks, tubs, kitchen etc.,). I showed her few areas that needed further cleaning. Some of the areas were, window slider edges, kitcher counter top tiles, kitchen floors etc., She immediately acknowledged and diverted one of the ladies to take care of them right away. They cleaned up the kitchen floor very nicely. She showed me some of the areas around bath sink areas where she could not clean even with strong agent. I said ok as it was not all that bad. They were very hard working, fast and very efficient. She was very prompt, very accomodating. I am very happy overall with Olga's team and their work, even though they were slightly on high side, pricewise.

3 ladies came in to the hose. Olga introduce her self. She brought her cleaning supplies including her vacuum cleaner. She ask me were do I want them to star, and if there was anything that I did not want them to touch. They spent 3 hours working in the house. The house look really nice.

They are punctual, friendly, efficient and I am very pleased with their work. I would recommend them to anyone.

Olga was very professional and courteous on the phone and set up consultation to meet and take a look at the house. She showed up on time and was friendly and confident. Her scheduling was very flexible and accommodating. Olga and her partner showed up promptly as scheduled. They worked hard, efficiently and left it sparkling clean. She asked our preference of cleaning products before thoroughly washing our hardwood floors. After they had finished, we did a walkthrough together to be certain we were satisfied. I have scheduled another cleaning with Olga and would highly recommend her services.

Olga is an extremely efficient hard working aim to please cleaner. We have had Olga for 4 years now and can't say enough wonderful things about her, from her professional work to her warm sincere personality. Olga will accommodate your every need. I have referred her so many times and everyone tells me she is so much better than any other cleaner they have had.
