NW Custom Structures

If I could give a minus star rating I would.... HORRIBLE communication. We paid $75.00 to have them come to our house to measure for the structure. They incorrectly measured, so we couldn't have all the wall panels installed; a key piece of the structure. They didn't take ownership of their error, and kept deferring us to call "the plant" (this was made in California, and they drove up to install the structures). "The plant" called me asking why they were involved when it was clearly NW Custom Structures' error. There were never any apologies or resolution from NW Custom Structures. In fact the owner said she didn't know what to do. She eventually hung up on me.

Seth took our order on 08/20/16, and told us that the RV cover installation would be done within 6 to 8 weeks. However, on 10/10/16 we called NW Custom Structures and the manufacturer / Installer at the 7th week, and learned that our order would be postponed at least one month. We spoke to Kim, the owner and manager of NW Custom Structures, that we were not satisfied with this service. We suggested that the installation fee should be discounted since the timeline could not be met. However, Kim simply offered the solution either take it or cancel it. We have waited for the installation for almost two months, finally we were suggested to either take it or cancel it. Based on her offer, if we cancel it. it means that we need to find another dealer to start the process again, and it will cause us waste two months of waiting time. Otherwise, we have to take it even though we are not satisfied with this service. Are only these two options offered for their customer? When we told her our thoughts, Kim said that we threated her, and she wanted to cancel our order right away. What bad customer service!!! As a dealer of Pacific Metal Buildings Inc., NW Custom Structures doesn't really represent their customers. They have no voice for their customers, and their customers are treated disrespectfully. If the dealer continues treating their customers in this way, there is definitely no future.

I called NW Custom Structures after talking to three other carport dealers and was refreshed by the level of professionalism afforded by their customer service. We discussed all possible options and came up with a structure to fit my needs. Their price was second to lowest and their confidence was the highest. The materials and contractor showed up on time and erected the carport in 90 minutes. They did an outstanding job of making sure everything was plumb and square. We love our new carport and plan to order another one for the other side of our building. Thank you NW Custom Structures.
