Description of Work: Great customer service, but we ended up having a more complex painting job. This would increase the cost which was outside of our budget. I would definitely contact the company again when in need of painting.

Description of Work: Mountain Painting Company painted two bathrooms including baseboards and door & window moldings, and a stairwell. I appreciated that we met beforehand to get an idea of how much time it would take and give me estimate of two days' work. The painters, however, were happy to stay later and complete the job rather than return the next day. This saved money! My rooms sparkle! They worked quickly and totally cleaned up afterwards.

Description of Work: Purchased the coupon and the company responded the same day that they have another big job and could not get to mine until the end of the following month. There should be more information upfront about their availability to save on customer frustrations.

Description of Work: They were extremely busy and it took longer to schedule the job than I'd hoped. But when they did work me in, they were great and well worth the wait. Got two coats on in two bedrooms and a large hallway/stairwell in one day!

Description of Work: Painted three bedrooms including the ceilings. Crew was friendly and conscientious. Excellent work! Will hire again to paint the remaining rooms in the house.

Description of Work: It took several days for them to contact me initially only to say it will be several more days before someone will talk to me about scheduling. then when I asked again about scheduling they said they didn't know when they could do the work because they had a lot of customers. then they told me they didn't have enough trucks. I asked if we were talking Sept, Oct or when?? He still wouldn't give me a time frame and offered a refund. I asked how to get a refund and he said 'click refund on the deal.' there was no option to click refund so I contacted you directly. By the way - this service provider is offering another deal. I find that amazing given they couldn't deliver to the first deal!

Description of Work: The super-professional crew came in, masked off and quickly did the most beautiful paint job I have ever seen. I usually do my own painting, but now I see what I've been missing. They painted my kitchen, two walls in my living room, and a small bedroom. They were quiet, neat, respectful and efficient.Dave checked in with me to make sure I was happy with the finished product. I would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for three rooms to be painted with a $500 discount. David Mountain and I met at my house, reviewed the project, and he submitted a very acceptable bid; we had a couple of email exchanges and a couple of phone calls to clarify and answer questions that I had. David worked patiently and timely with me so that we both knew exactly what was to be done and what I could expect from his team. His team took three days to complete the work which involved complete prep work, taping, sanding, etc. They painted ceilings, walls, trim, doors and cabinets with 2 coats of premium paint. They also made very good repairs in the bathroom shower area to correct problems around the shower wall. The crew was punctual each day, extremely polite, very professional, checked with me throughout the project to ensure correct paint in each room, how I wanted certain cabinets done, etc. When completed, they reassembled each room, cleaned everything that went back on walls, over ducts, vents, etc. There were no smears, drips, markings. They lived up to David's billing and then some; no smoking, short lunch breaks, and they worked full days (8 am to 6 pm; then 7.30 am til 5 pm twice). It was a delight to have these gentlemen in our home and I would definitely use them again and I would recommend them without reservation.
