Description of Work: Replaced kitchen faucet. It was a very difficult due to the tight location of the faucet. He also replaced a leaking valve for only $10.00. I would definitely use them again for plumbing work.

Description of Work: Bought an outside faucets replacement for $90 no conditions were specified. When I told him he had to go under the house today to do the work he refused and said he needed $300 and blamed Angies list for the problem. Needless to say did not use. Recommend you not hire or you too will be in for a surprise

Description of Work: Installed a kitchen faucet we purchased. He had to remove wood support in center of cabinet under sink in order to get under our sink, which extended his time spent on project, which he graciously did. Although faucet installed backwards, (water lever on left instead of on right), we didn't even notice this for several days; it still works & looks fine. Otherwise, we are satisfied with service.

Description of Work: The technician called to ask about where I was located and told me there would be an extra $25 charge for travel. This was not disclosed in the original deal and seemed unreasonable, so I opted to cancel the service. An Angie's List customer service rep sent me alternate service providers in my area, so I will follow-up with one of them. Thank you.

Description of Work: MLP plumbing did leave a message for me shortly after I purchased the Big Deal, but I had to leave town and decided to contact them upon my return. Upon returning I left messages on two different phone numbers and sent an Angie's List message, but I have not heard back from them. We had another plumbing issue get worse and needed to get a plumber in for that job, so he is going to take care of the valve installation at the same time. I no longer need MLP Plumbing to do that work.
