The Job was performed well; two polite Electricians arrived on time; removed the old exterior panel, and; replaced the Panel with a new one. The main Circuit Breaker had failed. Replacement required about 4 hours, much of which time was spent attempting to locate the 'ground', which, over the years, had become buried under a foot of earth and rock. The work also required the interior gypsum wall opposite the Panel to be cut, both which 'pieces' were replaced and will require merely repainting.

Team was excellent. Minimized the disruption to household as much as could be. Arrived on time, got done earlier than allotted, and went thru all of the results when they were done. Very pleasant people!

I actually contacted another electrician on Angie's List, but they were booked out several weeks. They referred me to Mike's. The scheduler said they could come the following week, between 1-3 p.m. That morning, I got a call asking if they could come earlier. That was fine by me. A young man called Brian came, and he was very thorough. Checked every light and plug upstairs to find out where the problem might be. This is an old house, so it was tricky. Eventually, he discovered that there was a bad connection in a kitchen light. Yes, the power was fed from the kitchen to upstairs! After fixing the light, we were back to full power. I found everyone I interacted with at Mike's to be pleasant and professional, and won't hesitate to use them again for any electrical issues.

Beyond expectations. Complications arose due to structural and unique project components. The team thoughtfully considered and presented alternatives, building upon the earlier discussion with estimator. Another key reason for our satisfaction was the hustle factor of the team. Their effort and pace of work made me feel better about the overall expense of our projects.

They had to pay for a permit, to the city, for the work they did, it was like $60, but I think the price was fair. They were really good.

They did the work it was completed satisfactory. He did replace the GFI and did some minor stuff. The price was a little high.

They immediately contacted me by email in the morning to let me know they would call, and when they did they gave me a few things to try before they came out and had to charge me. Unfortunately I still wasn't able to resolve my issue so they came out. They figured it out in about 30 seconds and instead of charging me for an hours work they gave me a quote for some of the other stuff that will need to be switched over, called it an estimate, and didn't charge me for coming out. I could not believe the amazing customer service I received from them. You don't get the impression from them they are just in it for the money. I unfortunately don't have the money currently to do the other work at the moment, but if I ever have any electrical work done or needed they will be my first call!

They are on Angie's List. We just had a little bit of difficulty since the installation recently and I have not called them about it. I did have a couple of questions because they replaced a light fixture and then I had other light fixtures working, like, that same day. It seemed like there was a connection. I had three banks of fluorescent that were not working right after the install, but they really did not give me a satisfactory answer or take a look at it to see if there was a connection. I felt a little bit frustrated with that. They scratched my countertop, but those are things that happened out of the norm. I think other aspects of the work that they did were fine. They could improve by being better about answering my questions and concerns when there was a problem.

Good. Very friendly on the phone. They sent someone within a couple hours, two people showed up, took them about 10 minutes to figure it out and fix it. I thought the price was very high for that, but was very thankful they came so quickly and relieved the blower on my furnace didn't need replaced.

Perfect. The electrician was very professional. He did the job quickly and with little waste of time. They did the 3 bedrooms the first time they were here and we had them come back for the kitchen job. I would highly recommend this company for any electrical job you need done. Friendly, reasonable cost, prompt and efficient workers.

Very reliable, courteous and detail-oriented. They showed up on time for the estimate, were very detailed on what was going to be done (and was able to collaborate on details like where the ground round and wiring should go to not be unsightly), and then showed up on time to do the work. The work was very organized and clean. They labeled where the grounds were on the panel which the city inspector said was a thing he loved about this installation. While there they also were able to fix some other wiring with only a minimal additional charge. They were very good about responding to my concerns in email.
