First call - received an estimate over the phone and service was scheduled. I had a chandelier replaced in my foyer - 18' high. The team sent was friendly, professional and quickly performed the task. I was very happy with the experience.

Description of Work: Outdoor electrical outlets were not working on our new house. They warned me up front that is was probably a tripped GFI. I thought I did a thorough job of checking the all the GFI's. Unfortunately they found one located in the hall closet that was tripped. It was an expensive trip to push a GFI button but I understand they have a minimum rate. The dispatcher was very good about informing me of changes in schedule and updates on arrivals.

Description of Work: Mike came out and gave us an estimate for re-wiring a hot tub. We contacted another Angie's list provider for a second estimate. We preferred the second provider and his estimate was much less, so we hired him to do the work.

Description of Work: to check our kitchen fan and to take down an electrical air conditioner upstairs. they unplugged the air conditioner, terminated the wiring inside, and installed an electrical box. they did not take it down as, as explained, this would have been more costly than my having a handyman do it. While they bought a new fan for us, the cost (estimate) was too high at the moment, so we didn't replace it. Nice people, Daryll is great to work with.

Description of Work: They first performed a thorough inspection of a seventy year old house in good condition in need of an upgrade and check for safety. This included inside and out of the house plus an attached garage and shed having electricity. With this info, they gave me an estimate that included choice of parts of the need or all. I selected to go with all of their recommendations and glad that I did. Their work was very professional. Well done and performed in the time they estimated. Cleaned up what little mess created and not bothered by my looking over their shoulders as they tackled some difficult chores. Description of Work: I bought their coupon on Angie's List for two hours of electrical work for $99.00. I had three ballasts replaced in ceiling fixtures and the new non buzz fluorescent bulbs installed. I always prefer to call Mike's Electric because they have never let me down. They are always fair and professional.
