Description of Work: Mike's electric replaced some worn outlets and repaired faulty wiring in a rental house. As always they were very punctual and professional. They worked very well with our tenant. Very pleased.

Description of Work: Changed wall outlet to accommodate more modern electrical dryer. Installed service cord on dryer. They were clear on the needs, gave me choice and provided an accurate cost estimate.

Description of Work: Overall, these guys did a great job. My only real issue is that we bought the deal (whole house electrical inspection) because we were having real, and potentially serious issues and then we had to wait 2+ weeks for someone to be available to come out. The folks at Mike's fixed the original issue and we contracted with them to replace the electrical box so we could bring the house up to code and add more power when we complete finishing on our basement. They scheduled that service promptly, completed the work on time and even came out for a follow-up visit when one of our outlets shorted out.

Description of Work: Mike's electric installed lights in all rooms of my house. He was very clear about how many hours would be used up with the Big Deal and how many hours would be paid outside of this. I've used Mike's before and they have always been professional, honest and easy to work with.

Description of Work: Installed ceiling fan. Arrived promptly and did a good job. It did take longer and cost more that I expected. I paid an additional $92 over the $99 Angie's List deal I had already paid for two hours labor. To be fair, they did have to replace existing electrical box which took more time than just installing fan. Overall, happy with the work.

Description of Work: Insalled 20 amp circuit for table saw, three fixtures in garage, switch for garbage disposal, replaced three receptacles, and relocated sprinkler control box. They did this work very well and in a timely manner.

Description of Work: It was a small job but anything dealing with electrical in the home is critical and the electrician corrected a situation that could have been dangerous. First class work.

Description of Work: Repair electrical wiring that mice ate in kitchen . They found an old unused line to the outside that was live and discounted it and where ask to remove wire. I was billed for item. They did not remove but did come back out and remove wiring after my inquire to why I was billed for this when they didn't remove it.

Description of Work: I requested a quote for adding a specialized outlet. The person arrived 45 minutes late with no explanation. He was nice, straightforward. He inspected the area and talked about what I wanted, and then left. He sent a quote within 2 days as promised. It seemed high, about 30% more than we anticipated, so we didn't use them.

Description of Work: My microwave went out so I bought a new one and wanted it installed. He looked at the job, said I had a granite backsplash which needed cutting and he couldn't do it. Called GE, they came out and repaired existing m-wave; no tile cutting needed.
