Description of Work: noticed water coming down from the ceiling from a leak. Clay from kennedy came right out, assessed the situation, and found the link right away after punching a hole in the ceiling. he then educated me on my piping and some of the issues I might face.

Description of Work: The technician was on time, very professional and thorough. I did feel like the service was quite expensive but anytime you're paying a few hundred dollars I think I'd say that.

Description of Work: Chad came on time, fixed the problem and honored the Angie's List coupon. We were very pleased.

Description of Work: Called to get a gas line outside capped off - service tech was on time, immediately saw that the line was disabled, worked with me to get the whole system, including electric (which he was certified for) contained and disabled so it was not dangerous. He also took a look at another problem I had with plumbing since the original job didn't take a full hour and he offered his extra time ... excellent experience.

Description of Work: They replaced a kitchen faucet.

Description of Work: I called on a Saturday noon and Clay was here in two hours. My gas hot water heater was leaking.in the garage. Clay tried fixing the plumbing on the top and said to wait. He came and checked it again on Sunday evening and said I would need a new heater. No extra charge for emergency calls. On Tuesday at exactly 2 PM, he came and replaced the heater in an hour with 30 minutes for clean up and transportation. The heater is working perfectly and Clay is the model of a courteous and experienced plumber. I am going to use them again soon for a different matter.

Description of Work: We had a faint odor of gas in the kitchen. Kennedy responded within 1/2 hours and had the problem fixed within one hour.

Description of Work: They put in a new faucet and fixed a pipe.

Description of Work: I believe I already wrote a report on this (check your reports). I asked them for a price to put in a new kitchen sink, faucet, and fix the plumbing under the sink. They said that the customer (me) would have to pick out the sink and the fixture, and then they would give me a price. The whole idea of asking them for a quote was that I didn't want to have to pick out a sink and faucet, as I had a whole lot of questions as to whether the sink could be deeper, would the water pressure improve to the two trickling faucets", and they didn't want to do anything before I picked out a sink. I called Beaverton Plumbing, they came out and looked at the sink and faucet, told me what they intended to do, did not make any promises about the water pressure - it would depend on what they found when they opened up underneath the sink. They will be installing the new sink next Wednesday. They would have done it the same week as the quote (i.e. today), but we are sick with the flu here and didn't feel up to having them come, and spreading it to their installer, so rebooked the time, and they said it was "no problem at all". I will write a full report when the work is completed.

Description of Work: Found a crack in a fitting that was part of the tubing that connected the water supply to the toilet basin. Replacing that connection stopped the leak

Description of Work: Came and retrieved a toy my son flushed down the toilet, put the toilet back down and back together better than it was before!

Description of Work: Replaced an under the sink garbage disposal in less than an hour. He also put a hanger strap under the pipe so it would not slip.

Description of Work: Work done today. Had low water level in bathrooms, also fixed a toilet. Arrived as scheduled. Joel was professional, informative and went right to work and fixed the problems. Will have new water heater installed, and will have Kennedy Plumbing do it. I am very pleased with his work.
