We opted not to hire them.

Keith Green Construction is extremely professional. They respond immediately to every query, arrive when they say they will and never wasted my time. Best of all, the finished work on my windows, (both inside and out), was superb. The most I had to do was get out a paint can and do some expected touchups, but everything was so well-fitted and sealed with caulking that no one but me would have noticed that the trim needed touchups with a paint brush. The guys were prompt, personable and finished when they said they would.

Estimator used a bit of a soft sell approach, telling us we would probably not receive the other bids we were waiting for. Although it took awhile those other bids did come in. This was the most expensive bid we received, but it is hard to compare as each bidder was using a different product. We called them for an estimate for re-roofing a low-sloped area which currently has a tar and gravel roof.

Outstanding design by Lee, their master carpenter. The design was better than we had envisioned and it was so good that the wall appeared to be part of the initial design of the house. We were extremely pleased. When the first cap did not work correctly, they replaced it with a cap that worked extremely well. They came in right on the estimate. We have received a number of complements from neighbors, relatives, and friends about the quality of the wall and how it fits into the house. Will use Keith Green Construction for other projects.

They were on time everyday. They always did what they said they would. They cleaned up everyday before they left.

Disappointing.

They are responsible, professional, and he did what he said he was going to do and did it well. They also answered my concerns.

The technicians arrived on time. They photographed the roof area and used the pictures to explain the problems to me. The pros and cons of two repair methods were offered. This allowed me to make an informed decision about how the work should be completed. I did not have to climb onto the roof! The technicians wasted no time getting the job done. I am very pleased with the amount I was charged for this job and will call this company for all of my home repairs in the future.

Don t be fooled by the fast-talking and attractive advertising packet. KGC was referred to us by our Ins. adjuster. We contacted KGC and the other referrals. Our first impressions were that KGC was the best. Our first impressions were soon proven wrong. When he made his visit to our home, Keith was more interested in our insurance adjuster s phone number than looking at our roof. After weeks of being told he was working on it, Keith said he would bring us a quote if I ll sign a contract. He said he didn't feel 100% confident that he d get the work, so he didn't bother getting us a quote, or returning our phone calls. If that were their hesitation, a little honesty and professionalism would have gone a long way. We would have gladly given KGC our project if the initial enthusiasm truly represented his company s work ethic. If you seek a professional contractor, we do not recommend KGC. However, you want the used car salesman approach to contracting, KGC may be for you.

This was as a result of a home inspection from a real estate transaction, so timing was critical. I spoke with Dale who came out within 24 hours to give me a quote. Construction began the next morning. He was sensitive to my situation financially to be able to give me a quality job without breaking the bank. The work done was high quality and was finished 1 day earlier than the original quote.

In December 2005, I telephoned KGC to report a roof/ceiling leak in need of repair. I was told that they were busy and would call me back that afternoon or the following day at the latest. They never called back. This gave me the impression that the job, with their schedule, wasn't big enough to bother with, however if that was in fact the case, they should have had the courtesy to call me back so that I could have sooner sought another company to do the work.

Very honest company, good workmanship and they were a week early on the completion!

I have not had the roof work done as of yet, but this company seems to be the most responsive. I think I would strongly consider using them in the future.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT. CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. PICKED UP NAILS, ETC.
