Description of Work: Beverly and Doug Moser were instrumental in the purchase of my new home in Newberg, OR. The transaction was complicated in that it involved not only a residence but an acreage (vineyard) and winery. In every instance from August through the closing in early October, 2011, Moser's were invaluable in assessing the property, valuations with an appraiser, inspections and all closing details.

Description of Work: I have had the good fortune to use Doug and Beverly for two real estate transactions. They helped me sell my home in the Mt. Tabor area several years ago and then helped me purchase my condo in Irvington two years ago. I can't begin to describe how grateful I was for their expertise, attention to detail, professionalism, customer service and support through both of my transactions. I was especially appreciative of their integrity---If they said they would do something, it always got done and in a timely fashion. Neither of them EVER told me they would do something without completely following through every time, no matter how small the task might have been. They were fantastic. They continued to provide me with assistance
