Excellent work, good communication, on time, good price

We had a great experience with Javier. When we contacted him for a bid, he responded quickly and gave us a very reasonable quote for for fixing some dry wall and painting in our home. He corresponded well with us and checked in with everyday regarding the construction. His crew was very punctual and very are hard workers. They made sure everything was up to our standards and cleaned up vry well. We are very greateful to Javier and the crew. We are very pleased with our remodeling. We would recommend them highly.

A difficult job to do because of the Cape Cod-style window cut-outs. Javier spent time with the company providing the crown molding materials and making prototypes to see if crown molding could be done to my satisfaction.

It was such a pleasure to do business with Javier. His prices are reasonable and the quality of his work is high. He makes a concerted effort to satisfy his customers because he wants to build a long-term base of customers who will return to him for future jobs. In addition to being a consummate professional, Javier is an all-around nice guy. His communication skills are excellent; he listens, asks questions and makes appropriate suggestions. His crew was punctual, hard working, efficient and careful to leave our home in excellent condition. There were several instances where Javier and his crew did more than required. For example, they repaired and repainted a window sill that was damaged by another contractor, without our asking them to do so. The finished look of our walls, ceiling and woodwork is superb; they look brand new! Javier and his crew have the skills and licensing to do many types of home repairs, which is convenient in that we can re-hire him for our next home improvement project (front porch repairs) without having to seek recommendations or take bids from other companies. We feel lucky to have found an honest, hard-working contractor who takes pride in doing excellent work and in pleasing his customers.

Javier is an honest person who will tell you what (and what not) he can do. He wants you to be satisfied with his work so that you become a long-time customer. Javier has a four-hour minimum so I make a list of everything that needs fixing. Javier comes, in advance, to look at the list/work so he is prepared on the day scheduled.
