Jay was really great - he took a genuine interest in my projects and knocked the basic ones (replace sump pump that had a peculiar setup, reinforced my sagging gutters) out lickity split. Then Jay had some really clever ideas for my bigger project and he was happy to have me helping him in order to save time and make things go easier. He came up with some creative carpentry work in the attic to help me out with changes to my bedroom ceiling. Not routine stuff but he took care of if all in 2 days.

I was really impressed how fast the whole thing went. Jay is very efficient, communicates very well, and pays attention to details. We had him demolish a huge outdoor fireplace that was about to fall over. He planned the work, rented tools, hired a debris removal service, and delivered the work in the time quoted including a deep clean of the area after the demolition was done. And the cost was better than other companies I contacted. I highly recommend Jay.
