I called and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. I was very happy that Jose agreed to come in the evening so that I did not have to miss work. I was unhappy that he did not show to the appointment. Worse still, I called and left a message asking if I had confused the time or day, and my call was not returned.

As usual, the project was done well. Jose arrives with his crew on time and they work hard when here. There is no sitting around or long lunches with this crew. They get the leaves that are behind shrubs and under things and take pride in the job. The pruning is done professionally (Jose used to work with one of the Japanese gardeners) and always looks great in the spring and summer.
Description of Work: I've used this company for the past 5 years to do all my pruning, general garden cleanup, leaf raking and special projects such as putting in pond, preparation of 20,000 sq ft lawn for hydroseeding and removing trees. Before using Jose I had never kept a landscaping company more than a season. I have about 2 acres under landscape, so it's not a small project. The most recent experience was fall clean up in November, which included pruning and leaf pickup. There was 50 man hours of work charged and 7 trips to the dump to get rid of leaves.
