Description of Work: 1) I ordered Hunter Douglas top of the line woven textures window coverings through a quality furniture store for 25 windows in my home in September 2011; 2) within one month the shades were installed; 3) 8 window shades were made too wide and were remade, however the material was significantly a different color; 4) I stated all the shades should be remade because dye lots vary and I did not like the color of the remade shades, however they wanted to make the 8 shades again and unfortunately they were the incorrect color also; 5) I was instructed to choose another color for the shades to be remade; 6) I ordered new shades in a different color and this time they were all the correct size; 7) I ordered 9 shades with a liner; 8) 8 shades had brown liners which were correct and 1 liner was beige which was incorrect; 9) the beige liner was in a room with three windows in a row so 3 shades were remade because of their concern of the prior color problem; 10) at this time I was told the shade and liner are mounted on the same metal track and this was upsetting because I informed the furniture store that I may need additional liners later for more privacy and this is now impossible (obviously Hunter Douglas does not train their sales people); 11) the new shades have a higher privacy rating than the original shades, however the new shades are more transparent; and, 12) the transaction was completed in July 2012.
