Description of Work: One of my shower doors refused to move without lifting it. Then one of the two wheels on the door broke and the bearings were lost.

It takes a certain kind of person to be willing to do small jobs like ours. Brian is knowledgeable, quick, and very fair in pricing. We will call on him again for our home and our office building.

+ -1 moreBrian Erickson is a versatile handyman, able to do a wide variety of tasks. He is always prompt, pleasant and well-organized. His hourly rate is reasonable. He came out to assess things within two days of our calling him. We gave him a and quot;to doand quot; list and had him do what he could within a monetary limit, rather than having him bid it. A couple of the smaller items he tackled right then. We have used him 4 times so far. We are pleased with the work he has done and will continue to utilize him. We would recommend him to others.
Description of Work: We have had him do a variety of jobs: some carpentry (repair holes under the kitchen sink, repair hole in the drywall in the garage; hang a medicine cabinet, reinstall closet doors and trim pieces when the painter was done); some plumbing (replace drain stopper in a bathroom sink, replace a lavatory sink, install two new toilet flush kits, replace hot and cold valve under bathroom sink, add copper coupler under kitchen sink, remove old plastic water line tap for refrigerator) and some miscellaneous (replace dryer duct in the crawl space.)
