+ 1 moreAll 60+ projects my clients and I have done with H and H Property Maintenance have gone VERY WELL. They stand by their work abd they are very easy to work with. The last project we did was about $1250.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. As usual, he was on time and complete. All repairs were done professionally and in the time frame he said he would do it. I have been working with Bud for over 10 years. For one of my clients. he also replaced trim around doors and baseboard trim in several rooms that has sustained water damage. He sanded and repainted, as well.
Description of Work: Bud Evans replaced blown out 9 dimmer light switches, fixed my outdoor low voltage lights, cleaned the gutter and did some caulking in the kitchen and bathrooms. For one of my clients. he also replaced trim around doors and baseboard trim in several rooms that had sustained water damage. He sanded and repainted, as well.

+ -1 moreBud was fantastic. He got to my house on time and finished the jobs I asked him to complete in a timely manner. He charges hourly and does not dawdle. I even added a job to my list while he was there and he went ahead and took care of it on the spot. I will definitely call Bud again.
Description of Work: Hung shelves, curtain rod, LCD TV.
