Myself, my wife and our 3 children had recently moved from California to Oregon. After renting for a year or so we started thinking about purchasing a home in the Beaverton area. We found a realtor off the internet which turned out to not be a very good idea. That person was late meeting us at homes, rarely returned our calls and even got us all lost on one occasion. At one of my sons soccer games I was mentioning (ok complaining) about our current realtor situation and another parent HIGHLY suggested we give Mark a call. In fact, she went on and on about what an exceptional agent he was, and so we decided to take her up on her suggestion. What a change! Mark was very approachable and friendly, and we felt comfortable with him right away. Marks wealth of knowledge, professionalism and negotiating skills are absolutely unsurpassable! Another thing that made Mark different from ?all the others? is that he used to be a builder, so he had a extreme amount of knowledge about potential issues in some of the homes we were looking at. He has also been a great referral source for us since our home closed. He has provided us with a comparable market analysis so we could refinance our home and has pointed us in the direction of great contractors (electrician, plumber, etc) that we have used. Mark has not only turned out to be a fantastic realtor but we are happy to now call him a trusted friend. We would HIGHLY recommend using Mark as your realtor. We will certainly use his services in the future should we decide to sell or buy again.

Mark did an excellent job! I've bought and sold several houses and worked with other realtors over the years, so I did not have to choose Mark as my realtor to sell this house. I felt extremely well represented by Mark and he advocated for me and what my needs were. Mark knows the Portland area very well, and is very detail oriented. The whole process went extremely smoothly, and I was surprised at how fast it sold. He's very professional, attentive, and thorough. I will use his services again!
