We just had our car detailed by the awesome folks at Fresh Start Detail for the third time, and we are happy to be repeat customers of this business. Each time we bring our vehicle there, we bring back a shiny, new car! We also love that a loaner car is available so we don't have to give up an entire day off just to get our car detailed. The excellent work and terrific customer service will keep us coming back to Fresh Start Detail.

I have gotten my car detailed by Fresh Start twice in the past couple of years and am really happy with the results. The customer service is excellent and I love the $5 loaner car.

I made an appt. about 2 weeks in advance for a hand wash, polish, & wax for my 2010 Nissan Rogue 9 (black). I delivered my car at 0800 as agreed. The service was professional. Overall, the service was pricey for an exterior only detail service, but the quality was excellent.

Fresh Start lived up to their billing on Angie's List. They delivered high quality results, excellent customer service, final price was exactly the original quote, and they took exactly how long they said it would take, which was one full day. We used one of they loaner BMW cars for the day. Being a novice to detailing services, I was surprised by the price, but the results are superb.

Jason and his staff know their business and are professionals from start to finish. My car was ready on schedule, and looked literally as good as new, inside and out, despite being 8 years old. It's a cliche, but I almost didn't want to sell it after seeing how nicely it turned out. They hit every nook and cranny in the interior (including spare tire compartment, etc), and even touched up small dings and scratches in the exterior paint. I was seriously dazzled, and I plan to take my next newly purchased car to them for refreshing!

Jason was very responsive and professional throughout the experience. I was looking to spruce my minivan up before selling it, and it came out looking great. There were a couple of small things missed, but Jason addressed them before I left, and apologized that he hadn't caught them beforehand. Very good experience.

I received an estimate, received a bid and booked an appointment. Then I was offered a rental/loaner car for only $5.00! The car was ready on time and almost brought tears to my eyes because it look brand new! Perfect job!

My sister gave me a gift certificate for a car wash. I made an appointment easily. I was a little early, they were able to start early. They were done in under an hour, my car was well washed. Windows were very nice! Jason was a personable young man. I would use them again.

Service was exactly what I expected. They are a bit more expensive that some of the others in town, but the quality is worth it. Very professional and they have inexpensive loaner cars if you need one.

Overall the process went well. I called and made an appointment to drop off the car. When I dropped it off I walked the car with Jason (the owner) he gave some good suggestions and described the areas of the car he would focus on. I left the car at the shop and came back a few days later to pick it up. I was able to pay over the phone and pick up after hours which was nice. Jason also recommended how I can get new VW decals for the wheels which I thought was a nice detail to mention. The car looked fantastic when I picked it up!! They really did a good job of catching and touching up the inside and out of the car. They thought of things that I hadn't even noticed before I took the car in. I could tell they took pride in their work. On the way home I did notice one minor error - the windshield wipers were re-installed incorrectly. I called Jason the next day and he apologized several times for this. So, I came in a couple days later and Jason personally fixed them himself. Everyone I spoke to over the phone and in person at Fresh Start was very professional and accommodating. I'd definitely recommend them again. My husband and I plan to bring our other car into Fresh Start as well.

They were great. I have no complaints. They are very nice people. They very well known for great service.

They did a good job. They made a used car look new. They were a little expensive.

Part of the plastic in the interior was broken. They did not realize this and it caused a small electrical problem. They paid to fix the problems. They were very responsible.

It was fine. We drop the car off. They finish the job within the day. They are very responsive to any requests. We have used them several times and have never had any issues.

Overall, the experience was very smooth; from calling to get an estimate, to arranging an appointment, to the service appointment itself. On the day of the appointment I dropped my car off, they walked around my car with me and I showed them the problems (nicks on the paint). They gave me a loaner car for free as promised through the Angie's List coupon. The detailing job was very well done. I usually get a detailing done every year at the dealer but had not for the last 2 years. Fresh Start made my car look new again. They did tell me that the paint was starting to fade in some places; normal aging. However, they filled in the cracks and nicks very well. I also got a follow-up call the next day from them to check that I was happy with the service. Very professional and great service. I realized a few days later that there was a nick on the door that they (and I) had missed. I did not point it out to them on my initial walk-around the car. I took the car back to them and they were very good about filling it in, for no extra charge. I really liked the fact that they did not nickel-and-dime me and charge me extra. I love these guys.

The job went very well. Fresh Start did an exceptional job detailing my car, and I am very particular. They washed, waxed sealed the paint as well as steam cleaned the carpeting and upholstery. My car looks better than it has in 2 years the paint seams to have been rejuvenated and they were able get the coffee stain out of my tan colored interior. I couldn't even find any dirt in the trunk and door jambs. I was also surprised to see that they were able to get the tar splatters of the paint that I picked up earlier in the Spring when they were resurfacing the road. I would recommend them to anyone even if they didn't have a nice loaner for only $5.00 a day.

I couldn't ask for a better experience. Jason and Jacob are wonderful to deal with: kind, courteous, thorough, and professional. They're not interested in selling services you don't need, but when there is a problem they let you know and offer recommendations and solutions (last year, unbeknownst to me, mice had started chewed through my insulation and had made a nest on top of my engine). I'll be back again next year, if not sooner.

Both my car and my husband's car spent a day at Fresh Start Detail Co. getting a superb interior detail. On the occasion of the interior detail of my car I was given the opportunity to use their loaner car which was quite helpful. I felt that excellent care was given to cleaning the cars thoroughly and definitely worth the cost. The work was done in a timely manner. Fresh Start Detail was trustworthy and I felt very comfortable leaving our cars for them to work on.
